We were super excited to visit this spot! We arrived Thursday at 3:30pm and informed the unfriendly girl working the counter that it was our first time here. We asked questions about the menu in which she didn’t provide any insight or suggestions. We were the only patrons at the establishment at the time. The food arrived COLD and portion sizes were small. I asked kindly if they could redo a fresh batch of fries since our food was cold. I personally felt like the reheated it in the microwave. The food was horrible for the amount of money spent. I personally wouldn’t come back here again. Disappointed with the food & service!!

I’ve consistently eaten from this establishment for years and various locations, and they always let me down in food quality. They consistently do not put out good food and my most recent order is what pushed me to leave this review. I ordered a beef burger that firstly had multiple strings of connective tissue in it that were near impossible to bite through. After, there was literally the hard core end of a head of lettuce which is downright disgusting and shouldn’t be in a burger. It was also unevenly cooked with multiple pockets of pink inconsistently through the patty. Lastly, something which is completely appalling part was a literal rock hard piece of bone that was so disgusting i had to stop eating. This shows their clear lack of quality control and I will never be giving this company a chance ever again.

I got 2 big birds and a chicken slider. Wasted 30$. All three burgers were undercooked and smelled like raw chicken. The chicken wasn’t even cleaned and had a vein in it. And this is not the first time it’s happened. The chicken is always undercooked. Also waited like 20-30 mins just to get uncooked food.

I usually do not post reviews but this is completely unacceptable!!! Doesn’t even qualify for one star. My partner picked up food this evening for our family. We got two grilled chicken sandwiches , burger, banana pudding, fried pickles and loaded fries. chicken is completely RAW, bun is saggy. My son took a bite. Food completely not eatable state. How can you take money and give uncooked meat to your customers? Isn’t there any quality check? Best part, there is no way to contact them to rectify your order. Never going to eat here again. Honestly, this place shouldn’t exist considering health risks.

The food is good but they have to pay a lot of attention to the cleanliness. I went there one day and the napkin holder had so much dust collected, not a big deal as it happens I thought in my kind after a week I go there and I checked the napkin holder the dust was still there . The front desk where they take orders need a good cleanup including the door that leads into the kitchen.
Looking at all these made me wonder if the outside is not taken care of what will be the situation of the kitchen area

I do believe in 2nd chances however, this place, Overall needs work especially with services and wait times. I had ordered a taro milk tea boba but did not expect to wait 22 minutes for this drink and the worker did not seem to make an effort and had obviously seen me waiting and waiting even though there was only 2 other customers in the store. Instead she was chatting on the phone and only when I had gotten up to inquire my drink order I still had to wait and wait. Her lack of ignorance and tried to avoid looks until, at last my drink was ready. The taste is okay very very sweet for a “less sugar” maybe I’ll come again and get it with no sugar but the boba was standard tapioca not bad and the Aesthetic was nice.

This place is so cute and authentic! I wanted to check it out, and was very satisfied with the food and drink options and the speed in which they got my order out. The place is spacious and my meal was delicious. The employee was very nice too, opening the door for me and even offering to help me to my car. As a wheelchair user, I will definitely be back.

First time here and it was delicious We got the chi tea classic sliders and the big bird they were both very tasty. Also, tried the fried pickles and was not prepared for the spicy kick the seasoning had and beef loaded fries were amazing!! We both got Bobas and they were also delicious and flavorful!! Definitely recommend
