Well I’ll give them another chance was a little disappointing and the mashed potatoes and gravy had piece of the corn in it somehow the corn got in there hey there they’re using the same spoon for the mashed potatoes is there for the court or I don’t know just guessing at this point but the desert was good

I moved from Miami, FL. We had Pollo Tropical back home. Ended up trying Pollo Loco. No regrets! Chicken, rice, and beans were just as good. Can’t really compare the flavor, they are both unique to their own food culture. Pollo Loco has my big back approval

Food was typical for El Pollo Loco. I was dissatisfied with how disgusting the facility looked. The floor was nasty, ask the tables were dirty. I had to ask twice to get someone to clean off a table to we had somewhere to eat. The biggest disappointment was the fact that despite this place used to have salsa buffet, they charged .59 cents for every single itty bitty cup of salsa when ordering food. None was supplied with the order. If you want salsa you’re paying for it.

Their straight robbing you of your money here. Look how little this food was for $10 bucks. Their menu pictures show big sized cups as the official pictures of the sides and instead I get 2 scoops of rice and beans.
We tried to reason with the manager as we were trying to do an exchange on the 2 pc and get the 8 piece and they did everything in their power to not accommodate us. I never seen people create such a statement situation for a pieces of chicken. We didn’t even ask for more rice and beans.
Stay away from this place
Food was very mid anyway. Thank you for this regretful experience.

I waited to be served while the workers were talking in the back, The cook you’ve been trying to get the girls attention and she told him to wait. The food is really good however, the children look like he was sitting for some time. I went back to ask for another one and one of the girls looked at me with an evil look as if she was the one paying for it.

Got back to the office to find out salad has cold old chicken and other 4 piece combo has Mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes the drive through worker had zero patience and was clearly annoyed not my fault that’s your career choice! Otherwise that the new bowl is pretty decent

Service was fast and friendly. The food was prepared quickly, appeared fresh, and tasted wonderful. The music was lively but not loud. I would absolutely eat at this location in the future. Soda and salsa areas were clean. There were a couple unwiped tables, but they appeared understaffed. Pictured is the double shrimp mango bowl.

Arlette waited on me and was very friendly, out of all of the locations the MESA. This location by far the best place to get authentic Mexican food. The people are friendly and the location is extremely clean. I recommend this location to anyone looking for phenomenal food!

So upon coming to this restaurant I order the chicken tostada without chicken and rice that comes all together with chicken beans rice and pico and cheese and lettuce. But I asked to not have the chicken I also ordered separately a side of beans and rice so I get to my table and see I didn’t have any bens at all and my tostada was just lettuce

I ordered here yesterday through the drive-through which was the only thing open at the time after after getting home and trying everything The bowl was nice The chicken was OK not the best flavor in the world for grilled chicken back home where we go to local pollo lots more flavor Also ordered a salad with the guacamole dressing leak dressing came premixed and not much dressing on it at all the beans also don’t have much flavor try it for yourself you may like it just didn’t work for me in the family
