Overall great experience. We were seated quickly, waitress arrived and took our drink orders and menu orders. Restaurant was clean and food arrived quickly and had good flavor. We will be back for another visit.

I had the best experience at this breakfast restaurant!! I was so happy I found this restaurant. I was very impressed with the food here. I had the chicken steak with two over easy eggs and hash browns with mini pancakes. The steak was so tender and juicy and the breading was so flavorful and satisfying, they really made all the other restaurants ( ihop, dennys, etc.) chicken steak look really bad! The hash browns were cooked to the T with the nice crunch yet soft potato taste and the eggs were cook so perfect as well the egg yoke with a soft coat and a tiny bit runny, and the pancakes super soft and fluffy in which a pancake gets it name!!! Wonderful job Jimmy Egg team!! Bravo! Im definitely visiting yall again!!!

JJ was our server, and she was excellent, very efficient, friendly, and professional.
The food was awesome, and everything here deserves kudos.
The guacamole was BETTER than most Mexican restaurants I have been to!
There was not a single thing we ate that was not top quality. The value of the meal is perfect , you receive a good amount of excellent food for a fair price.
I encourage everyone to try THIS Jimmy’s Egg.

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Our server greeted us by offering a cup of coffee. This alone made us feel like we were back in the day in a classic diner. My husband ordered a plain waffle with eggs and sliced ham. I ordered the classic Combo: 2 meats, 2 eggs, 2 sides = toast and mini buttermilk pancakes. Everything was delicious, special thanks to our wonderful server AMANDA for making the experience wholesome. This is a little family favorite go to for breakfast. The food is usually yummy and even when its busy its still a very welcoming atmosphere. Our server Abby was great! She was accomidating warm and welcoming. Friendly staff like Abby make this a great experience.

Could not eat my meal after waiting over an hour to get it. A simple keto bowl, should not be hard. I mean the food should not be hard when you get it. Shows it was cooked and then sat there. I am not sure how this place has 4.3 stars, but it was not a pleasant experience. Had to track down other waiters to get check, and then had to use the online feature, since no waitress. After I had paid then I see her do u want a to go box, after their clean up guy had already removed all the other people’s plates. If this place is 4 stars then killeen standards has dropped significantly

There are some recent negative reviews about Jimmy’s Egg in Killeen that made us nervous, but we wanted to try for ourselves. We had a very positive breakfast experience on a Tuesday around 9:30 am. Although it was very busy, parking was not an issue, and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the food came out fairly quickly for it being so busy.
I got the Biscuits Gone Wild, and my wife got the Ultimate Pancake Combo with Berry Patch Pancakes. The biscuits and gravy was a huge plate of food. It’s hard to tell from the photo, but there are two large buttermilk biscuits on my plate. With two eggs and a choice of one side, it was a lot of food. The eggs were cooked exactly how I asked, and the Fresh-Cut Seasoned Home Fries were very good. As a personal preference, I will say that with the crumbled sausage, ham, and sausage gravy, the dish was a little saltier than I would have liked, but not so salty that I didn’t still love it. I recommend that you just don’t add salt until you try it. The Ultimate Pancake Combo comes with two flavored pancakes, two eggs, two pieces of bacon, and a sausage patty. The pancakes were light and fluffy and came with blueberries and strawberries and were topped with whipped cream. My wife liked the scrambled eggs and sausage patty, but she didn’t like how smoky the bacon was (I liked the bacon). Overall, a great breakfast plate!

This place was recommended. So I drove out of my way to come eat here. I was eager for breakfast and wanted to eat. So I ordered the classic breakfast. I order , get my food and to my amazement. The hash browns on my plate looked like a sample of hash browns. Then my pancakes were stuck together. They basically fell apart. Couldn’t even put butter on them. Look at these pics. I’ll never ever come here again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to Anyone. Ruined my day!!!! Had high expectations because of this place was recommended . My main complaint is that I had more egg than hash browns! Very very dissatisfied. And the manager didn’t even have the nerve to come and address the situation. What a coward!! Never again!!!

The iced coffee was the best part of the meal. We ordered the ” Almost Healthy Skillet”. Their seasoned home fries are not seasoned at all. The whole main course was bland. I even added hot sauce, and it didn’t help. Our waitress was sweet. The restaurant was loud. The restrooms needed attention.
