There was a ridiculous amount of beans in my beef taco, and barely any meat. Ordered 7 tacos all of them had a bit of meat on the ends and then half a pound of beans in the middle lol shit was gross didnt even ask for beans they just decided I needed 3 pounds of beans in my diet whoever is making the food here dosnt care or know what theyre doing

Absolutely horrible ! They forgot my tomatoes on my nachos , they put a pinch of rice in my other order , took about 20 mins to even get my food . Highly disappointed . Worse serve and food I’ve ever received. No one even acknowledged us waiting for this long . They don’t know what they are doing for inside orders . Drive through orders went out about 10 cars yet the people inside waiting for 20+ mins . Do not recommend this location . No one has it together here . Beyond disgraceful

Employees are completely like mentally slow, wouldn’t take our order and only allowed deliver orders. apparently between the hours of 4 am till 6 am we’re not allowed to order at the drive thru. utterly stupid and happens often at this location. very, very often

I’m a 64 yo and live in the area.
The management/staff have created an unsafe dinning room environment and are racist to anyone that isn’t Latino looking/not Spanish speaking.
Walked in around 7:50pm; ordered my food with no verbal interaction from staff.
Waited 20+ minutes asked where my food was with no response from the “mature” Spanish female staff.
By this time there was 6 other English speaking people waiting for their orders who got the same none response. I watched people get verbally and physically upset.
I got scared and left without anything to eat.
They effectively stole my $21.00…

Orders always correct. The manager was filling the sauce bins when I was there. She was placing them in one by one so it looked neat and she could fit more. This is a sign of caring about your job and having standards. This little thing says a lot about her joint.

A bunch of teenagers working there that aren’t helping customers just hanging out. Sat in the drive through one night at the speaker for about 40 minutes. They told us they were changing shifts. I’m not sure how this place is still open. It’s always something when I come here wrong.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I went there today with my friend and we literally literally waited AN HOUR.. there was also some creepy guy staring at us THE WHOLE TIME. The staff were basically ignoring us when we were trying to get our order and when we finally did they got our order wrong… AND it was cold.

I Came here at 1:20 am and waited in the drive through line for around 10 minutes only to be told they’re only doing uber eats or door dash orders…. I’m ngl I get working fast food is annoying and not as easy as people say but I don’t like my time being waisted especially when this store advertises being open at this time.
It makes absolutely zero sense to turn away paying customers while you’re open but if I had ordered food through a 3rd party you would make it? That’s ridiculous.

If what you’re looking for is to watch everyone eat except you. I waited over 20 minutes and my order never showed up, but I did see others who arrived later deliver their orders. I left hungry and with a great lesson: never come back.

Came to Taco Bell at 8:00pm as a walk in, no drive thru.
Proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for my order while the lobby filled up with over 10 people most of them DoorDash workers.
After waiting about seven minutes for my order which I took over the electronic ordering machine. Which means I did not get my order taken by a worker. I was not acknowledged for about 15 minutes, even though I took my own order, when I asked her about how much longer my order Would take, the boss at the time, middle age Spanish woman, around 50 to 60, who presented herself as the manager on duty, ignored my question. She continued to work only making orders for the drive-through.
When more DoorDash workers created a bigger line, they also proceeded to ask the manager on duty, which was an older, Hispanic lady, asking her how much longer it would take because they weren’t even greeted at the door, or acknowledge.
Again, the older Hispanic woman proceeded to ignore their questions. Until there was a bit of an argument between the 10 to 15 people who are waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes and have still not received their food.
Being a Taco Bell that’s in a residential area, this restaurant is not as busy as many other Taco Bell restaurants that are located in the inner city, in South Florida.
The amount of disrespect, and terrible customer service is ridiculous for a red small residential area. I will be calling corporate.
