We stopped in for some lunch. We are from Cleveland and was told Roy’s is THE BEST burgers to eat. It did not disappoint!!! Great burger at a great price! Very simple, traditional burgers and this place has been around since 1940’s.
Seduce was great, with 1 guy answering the phone and taking care of customers and 1 guy in the back cooking. Very efficient service.

This was only our second time eating from Roy’s, first time we brought it home and it left us thinking we need to eat there. I made it a point to return for my birthday just to make sure we went back. Great burger (Diner type), patties are hand-made, seasoning was great and food is served hot. We will be returning to try more off their menu. It’s a small menu and a small place but it’s big on yumminess!

I’ve been coming here since I was little and wow, nothing has changed. This burger is still one of the best I’ve ever had in the country. I can’t tell you what they use to seize the burger patty, but it is just so distinctive and flavorful that you really don’t need any toppings. You also must have the potato wedges those are seasoned and crispy and also delicious. I just really appreciate little gems like this being able to stay open especially through the pandemic. I wish the restaurant team and the owner nothing but success and I will always drop in whenever I’m in town.. Thank you guys and sorry my pictures are crazy looking. I was scaring down the food and forgot to take a picture. Lol also try their barbecue sauce. It’s got a different taste to it and I really like it.

All I need to say is, the cheeseburger was delicious and the woman behind the counter was absolutely stunning. I ate lunch there with a beautiful woman, my companion and business partner, and she too was delighted by her onion rings. The service was friendly, not hostile and indifferent as so often happens with the fast food giants. If you are reading this review you already know about Roy’s, about how the management demands intimate seating arrangements among strangers; my companion perhaps didn’t, and in the stunning emptiness of this bleak 1940s diner we actually grew a little closer. I’m sorry to call Roy’s bleak, I only did that to underscore how romantic my lunch there was. Really,quite nice on the inside, just in need of a little update.On the way out, I happily offered the girl behind the counter $1 to put a record in the jukebox, but she shook her head and said Dime Dances with Dames hasn’t been offered at Roy’s since Willow Run was built, and possibly never there. The food was Delicious!!! The Big Cheese Squeeze was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The curly fries were so good that they almost melt in your mouth. I will definitely be back and suggest trying this hidden gem. We placed the order over the telephone and the order was ready less than five minutes after we arrived. The customer service was great as well.
