My wife and I were out grocery shopping and decided to stop at the local Wendy’s which was located just off MacArthur rd. in Whitehall Pa. We each ordered a meal and we were handed cups for our drinks. None of the soda machines had ice in them, so we returned to the counter and the employee got ice from behind the counter to the tune of 3 to 4 pieces of ice each. Ok, no biggie.. We proceeded to try and select a drink but 70 percent of the flavor buttons where dimmed almost black. Meaning they’re out of all these flavors including the main drink, Coke. So we settled for something we would never order just to have a drink. The soda machines were sticky and disgusting.
All 8 or 9 employees were hanging out in the kitchen area and only 6 customers in the restaurant. Plenty of time for someone to be productive and do some cleaning. We proceeded to find a seat in the filthy seating areaonly to discover that there is no carbonation in the fountain drink machines and the flat warm soda melted the few pieces of ice before our semi cold food was ready. Wife’s burger was cold and the fries were as well. Almost like they were sitting there waiting to be used up from the lunch shift. Needles to say we will never return to that Wendy’s ever again. This is the 3rd or 4th bad experience we’ve had with that place. Now it’s final. I added a couple photos but it doesn’t do it justice because there was garbage under most of the tables and I didn’t want them to see me taking a bunch of pics. Sorry

Soda: melted ice no bubbles
Tables: food and napkins under them, we had the cleanest one.
Floors: napkins/straw papers and food
Soda Machines: splattered with sticky syrup colors and flavoring.

Visited on 12/7 around 4:45 and was helped by Brooklyn. She delivered outstanding service and made the entire experience smooth. The food was fresh, cooked perfectly, and she took the time to guide me through the menu since I don’t visit often. Her professionalism and patience stood out and made the visit memorable. Employees like Brooklyn make customers want to return

At least the food was hot?

How is it the baconator had only 3 pieces of bacon that were only 1-1/4 inches long?

Automatically charged me for a large combo when I didn’t ask for anything other than a combo.. it took over 3 minutes to even be acknowledged at the counter…

Every time I come the managers are rude specifically the bigger male manager and then today after waiting almost five minutes for someone to take our order we asked for an extra dipping sauce and manager came up and was rude going on about how we had to pay. Now of course no one cared about paying but for us to wait 5 minutes and then get attitude from a MANAGER. This location needs new managers cuz ain’t no way yall just got managers being rude 24/7

I ordered a Double Cheeseburger Plain. The order was put in correctly, but the person filling it put everything on it. The manager did get another one correctly and I appreciate it. But the workers need to fill the order correctly. If I was taking it out or in the drive-through I would have had to go back. It wasn’t even busy.

Food was Very Good.
Had Doublecheese FF and LG Drink.
Restaurant has Modern Decor.
It was clean and well maintained.
Off the main rd, a little harder to find Entrance.
4 people in front of me to place order inside restaurant.
It took along time.
Looks like they had problems with previous orders on the POS register.
Once I placed the order it quickly came out.
Great seating and lounge area.
Cool ceilings.
Staff was friendly.

Come here at 6:55 to pick up a order and they are closed! It’s ridiculous they are supposed to be open at 6:30 seems like this is an ongoing issue that management, and district managers need to fix! It’s January 6 2025, there is two cars so someone is definitely there, I guess they just like stealing company hours.

I ordered off of the app thinking it’d be easier, no it was a total nightmare. Waited 15 mins to get my food and when I got to work nothing was correct. I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe and it only had a tomato on and the roll was hard as a rock, the chili had hardly any meat or beans in it. And when I tried to call the place nobody picks up. I’m not going back there ever again.

My family and I walked in the lady who took our order was very rude asking us what we wanted with a attitude. The bathroom door dont lock and we told her and she said that the manager dont want to fix it. Never will I ever fo back.
