Ordered on the app yesterday and husband drove almost an hour to pick up order. Ordered the family feast meal that had 8 pc chicken and 12 supremes, 3 sides, biscuits and sweet tea. We love Bojangles and this store had always been very good with great service. NOT ANYMORE! Husband waited at the store for more than 20 minutes after arriving. When he got home with food, there was no biscuits, no gravy for the potatoes, and no wings, they had put in legs. On top of that, the chicken pieces were almost unrecognizable and had no meat on them, one of the breasts had the neck still attached. The chicken supremes were just a little over an inch long. This was ridiculous and unacceptable. We will go to Popeyes next time.

Bojangles is consistently delicious chicken. They also have great fries. Prices are very reasonable – 2 piece dark meat with 1 side and a biscuit for $8.16 with tax. This location in particular is great because of the people. There was an older gentleman walking around handing out free mini blueberry biscuits with icing that were awesome! The gentleman himself is a treasure, and made my day.

Was in a hurry. Stopped by on my way to work on 10/28 and was happy there was no line. Ordered a kids meal (wasn’t too hungry) and everything was great!!! Fries were hot and fresh and the biscuit was hot and buttery. Chicken supremes were nice and tasty. Highly satisfied. The fine staff got me in and out quickly and made it to work in a timely manner. Thank you all so much.

We eat at Bojangles at least one a week. Susanna and George are so good to us everytime we go in or thru the drive-thru. I’ve recently had a couple of strokes abd today, George noticed I needed help to get my to-go family pack to the car. He didn’t hesitate. You don’t find many like those two. And there’s one sweet Latino girl at the window on the weekend. She always asked how im healing up and doing. You have the best leadership there. Michele Davis

They have the spooky coupons on the app site but made it impossible to use …the one yesterday said could get bogo 3 piece dinner but on the site it says you can’t buy a 3 piece they only have 4 pieces….then manager wouldn’t use the coupon even though she seen it so drove down there and didn’t get to use it ….i still think the manager could of done more but it is what it is …why have the coupons and they can’t be used ???

I feel that my review of this Bojangles is long overdue since I go there every morning! I recently stopped by on a Sunday afternoon passing through and was shocked at the volume of orders they were getting out with an amazing crew.
The chicken biscuits are the best anywhere and ya can’t convince me otherwise. They are always hot and fresh at this location. The tea is always fresh. The fries are amazing. I’ve been too other locations that weren’t as good as the Athens location and been disappointed but never at this location. It’s definitely worth stopping by!

It was very busy due to church just getting out,the fact Bojangles services breakfast all day! Which i love,I’m sure alot more people does as well! The line went fast and we received our food in 10 minutes. Wonderful food and great service!
