Waiter was very nice. Unfortunately, the food was a different story. My husband and I had gone for dinner and had two chicken Parmesan. The chicken palms were more like the lunch menu instead of the dinner menu. I’ve been to several different Olive Gardens in Massachusetts and they give out more portions. Even the waiter said they’re stingy on their food. When I went to ask for another bowl of soup he said he didn’t want to get in trouble for giving me another bowl . Plus the manager never came over to ask how our meal was. I even had to go ask for the chocolates at the front. The pasta was like two scoops and tiny pieces of chicken and also a scoop of pasta sauce on their pasta. Also didn’t ask us if we wanted more cheese on our meal. If you want over priced food and small portions this is the OG for you, if not go to another one. Chicken is under pasta.

I decided to pop into Olive Garden on a random afternoon and ended up having a really good time. I sat at the bar, which turned out to be the perfect spot – mostly older regulars who knew how to enjoy their meal at a leisurely pace.
The waitress was genuinely friendly and clearly works her tail off. The bar staff get pulled in a ton of directions! The bar area had a nice, comfortable vibe without the hustle and bustle of the main dining room. Perfect for an unhurried meal.
I went with multiple bowls of the chicken gnocchi soup and a lunch portion of fettuccine Alfredo. The soup was creamy and satisfying, with tender chicken and gnocchi that practically melted. The Alfredo was rich and indulgent – exactly what I was craving. I kept it balanced with several glasses of iced tea sweetened with Splenda.
Everything was well-prepared and hit the comfort food mark perfectly. I left full and happy!
As Jim Cramer has noted, Olive Garden delivers solid value in today’s restaurant landscape. Hard to argue when you leave this full and satisfied for what you pay.
Sometimes you just want reliable comfort food in a relaxed setting, and this delivered exactly that. I left happy with a very full stomach after a pleasant 30-45 minutes.
I would definitely do this again on another random afternoon.

Had lunch here this past Sunday and was not too impressed at all. Waitress was super nice and got everything right she was just a little slow with everything. Food was lame could tell the microwave was used a lot my noodles were rock hard in some spots. Also every entree is around 20$ with majority being over, not sure how google gives them 10-20$ range. Four adults and two kids meals (only two alcohol beverages) was 170$ after tip, crazy for a chain like Olive Garden! Idk it was busy so people like it but it’s just a pasta joint that is expensive. You can do better.

This place is what it is. Obviously when we were there, they were short staffed ((Tuesday afternoon) our waitress was great, looked stressed but she was on point. I am a first timer, so I got the endless breadsticks salad and soup, it was good. My friend ordered the eggplant with pasta she said it was just adequate. My daughter ordered, pasta Alfredo and the dish was so small we thought she ordered the kids meal but it was the lunch meal and it was $10. And you can tell all the food was microwaved . Hey, always wanted to go, now I know. I would go again, 8oz of wine only $11!!

I usually visit Olive Garden about once a month and have always enjoyed the food and service. However, my most recent visit — which was also a special occasion, as we were celebrating my birthday — was very disappointing.
Our waitress, Autumn, was only serving our table and another group of six, yet the service was poor from the start. She took our orders without any friendliness and brought our soups together with the main courses instead of beforehand. She also never offered more breadsticks or checked back to see if everything was okay.
When I tried ordering a beer through the kiosk, it never arrived. Only after we had finished eating did she return with the check — and the beer that had never been served. To make things worse, the beer was still on the bill. When I asked her to remove it, she was rude and said she couldn’t process a refund. Later, she came back claiming it had been removed, but her attitude remained unprofessional.
I paid in cash and waited for her to return with the change, but she didn’t come back. I had to call another employee to ask her to return so I could complete the payment.
Despite the disappointing service, I still left a 22% tip, though it truly wasn’t deserved. I left the restaurant feeling very let down — especially since Olive Garden is normally a favorite spot for my family and me.

I’ve been going to Olive Garden for years, and I even used to work there — it used to be a good place. Unfortunately, the Plymouth location at 102 Colony Place has become extremely poorly managed, and the experience keeps getting worse.
I usually order takeout from this location, even though it’s a 14-mile drive for me, and almost every time something is wrong:
• Once they didn’t include breadsticks.
• Another time the calamari was completely burnt and dry.
• On another occasion they forgot the chocolate mints.
• Most recently, I ordered my favorite soup (Zuppa Toscana, which I’ve loved for over 20 years), and they gave me a random mix of soups — then tried to insist it was correct.
On top of that, when I tried dining in with my girlfriend, we waited 40 minutes for a server who never came, and we ended up leaving.
This location is nothing like the Olive Garden I remember. It’s become sloppy, unreliable, and terribly managed.

The host sat us and they we waited, waited, 20 minutes before anyone came over. Order a drink and that took forever. I had to remind them twice before getting it. Meal was good. It was my birthday and not sure if we will be back. The restaurant was not even busy.

Place was dead got right in I had chicken parm with spaghetti he had the trio lasagna pasta and chicken. Was pretty good but not like my dad makes. Bread sticks were the best part. But you have to buy the endless sauce now. Unless you just want bread sticks. I love cheese but don’t get the 5 cheese dipping sauce. Something About 5 different kinds of cheese in a sauce just is not right. The waiter was great always making shore we were good but not to much as to bug us. Plenty of parking and seating. I’m not shore if I would go back. Not saying food is bad. I’m just italian and expect more…also got an order of fried cheese. Yup those were good too…

Great place for lunch. $9.99 for all you can eat soup-salad-breadsticks…plus other reasonably priced lunch options for 2 or 3 dollars more! Plus it is not fast food for that price and everything was so fresh!!!

My friend was craving Olive Garden’s salad and breadsticks. The lasagna fritta was very good. My friend loved the chicken scampi, and my braised beef gorgonzola alfredo was really good. Our waiter was great, very attentive.
