I was so disappointed I wasn’t able to enjoy my spicy chicken sandwich. Service was decent but food quality was trash. Came across 3 curly hairs on my spicy chicken sandwich.

Wendy’s is participating in shrinking the food. They continue to advertise the taco salad using the old picture. They changed it to mostly lettuce tomatoes and corn, with maybe six small Frito type chips with 3/4 cup of chili. Nothing like the old salad and they don’t tell you it’s been changed and reduced. Not worth $8.99.

I had a drive thru mobile order for the baconator, coffee and baked potato. The baconator wasnt good, i think it either was sitting too long or the bread was stale. The chocolate coffee tasted very sour and i threw it away. I wasnt told why i had to pull up to the door away from the window and why i waited for over 10 minutes, the person who brought out my food did not say a word to me and seemed unhappy. Not a great experience, but the baked potato was good, maybe that’s what the wait was about. Wish they had communicated that to me.

Today I went to buy a hamburger at this establishment and almost when I finished eating I noticed that I had a not very long curly hair and it was somewhat unpleasant. In fact, I took some photos of what happened.

Ordered Party pack of Spicy nuggets. They are supposed to drop contents of entire bag in the fryer to make fresh. However when eating notice over half were old and lukewarm. The old switch-a-roo. Placed hot nuggets on top of sitting product and place the other half of my freshly fried nuggets on the serving line. Very disappointed. Now drive 15 miles for nuggets done right on Camp Bowie.

We stopped at this location while we were picking up photos from Walgreens. I had a hankering for one of those strawberry lemonades and my kiddo wanted to try a frosty. She’s never had one so I decided why not?
Our order was perfect! The lady handing orders at the window was so sweet and they filled my frosty up full! We got what we came for in record time and were back on the road again.

We came inside to order togo due to a long drive thru line. I’ve never seen multiple employees but especially the young man working the I side register truly hate their job so badly. We couldnt get eye contact. And the voice was so low, mumbling, monotone, and not towards us, that we could not figure out what was coming out of his mouth. Then I ask another lady behind the counter for 2 of our missing cups. She ROLLED HER EYES and told him she said you didn’t give her a cup. But yes CHECK THE RECEIPT and we are missing 2 cups from our terrible service

Had to run by this afternoon for a sweet treat. The frosties are cold and delicious. Their new cookie sundae is so yummy too paired with a vanilla frostie. Their service was super fast in the drive thru and their staff was very friendly.

I just spent $11 on a number one single with cheese. The burger look like it had been sitting out for about an hour. The cheese was dry, the bun was old. Never again! You have lost a customer forever!

A jr bacon cheeseburger with no tomatp and extra mayo. Easy order, right? Yet when I am given a JbC with extra tomato and no lettuce and I send it back, the lady making the sandwiches is going to give ME a drink eye? Hell no. The order was right on the ticket, email and receipt. I didn’t screw it up.
Edit: OH, and you didn’t even get the nugget order correct *regular not spicy, and you didn’t put any condiments in there as requested. Just, horrendous service. Avoid this place like its a plague, because it literally is.
