The atmosphere was great as usual.
I ordered the bone-in wings with fries, my husband ordered the smoke house combo with ribs. A few minutes later, our waitress came back to our table to inform us the ribs have not been prepared as of yet, and he needs to order something else. I thought that was weird since it was already 1 pm on a Saturday.
My wings came out immediately. It took an additional 30 minutes for his new order (beef fajitas with shrimp) to arrive. They first bought out steak fajitas with chicken. He’s allergic to chicken, so they had to take the order back and correct.
I finished my food by the time his food arrived. Also, the wings were not fresh.
The waitress was great, but could have given a discount for the inconvenience.
We probably wouldn’t return to this location.

First, our waitress and hostess were friendly. The service is great. The entrées we ordered were delicious. We honestly believe our skillet queso was old and not properly reheated. When we first received it, it was cold like the salsa that came with our chips. The waitress kindly reheated it twice, but the last time it was reheated there were hot and cold spots. Not the waitress’s fault at all. It was cold to begin with. We felt bad asking her to reheat it again and just gave up. We didn’t eat our $5 queso today. We were very disappointed in our appetizer.

We had the best time here last night! We had just been stuck in traffic for over an hour and were starving, and our waitress took care of us so quickly, even bringing our toddler’s food out right away so she could eat. The food was hot and delicious, and the kitchen was very accommodating to our requests. We got exactly what we wanted and were very satisfied. Will definitely come back.

The toddler kept running up and down the aisles between tables and then back to the kitchen, and even threw a wad of gum at my table. Pretty shocking to say the least. The gum barely missed landing in my hair. I could hear the child screaming in the kitchen, and then she would bolt out of the kitchen and run up to random tables.
I understand times are difficult and childcare is expensive, but I shouldn’t have chewed gum thrown at me while I’m trying to enjoy dinner with my family. A woman with dark hair wearing a black shirt with a Chili’s logo would occasionally come out from the kitchen to retrieve the child, only for the kid to run back out to the dining area.
Other than that, the food and service was decent.

This was by far not a good experience. The food was burnt and tasted old, our waitress skirted by our table and quickly asked if everything was good and before we could answer she said “pretty good” and was gone to the next table. The location wasn’t busy at all so it wasn’t like we had to wait for anything. We won’t be back and that’s unfortunate because we do love Chili’s… or we did. I also feel I’m being too generous with the star ratings.

Chili’s Grill & Bar was awesome tonight! Nathan talked us into their Triple Dippers. It’s a LOT of food. Scott and I split one.
Our server, Courtney was amazing, and the food was on fire.
I would definitely get the Nashville Hot chicken tenders again! Yum !
Their salsa and chips were light and crispy, too!

Got the 3 for me, chips & salsa are great, $3.99 extra for the 3 dip trio. We got all 3 white queso, very good. Got the bacon chicken quesadilla. Skillet cookie for dessert is $9. So good, comes with scoop of ice cream and chocolate syrup. Honey chipotle crispers are fire! 4 piece, fries and white Mac and cheese! Extra sauce on the side to dip tenders and fries! So yummy!
