Love coming to Louis’! We came for a date night. Steak tip appetizer, wedge salad, garden salad, and prime rib. Their prime rib is amazing! Staff is always super nice and we are usually seated right away without reservations. Highly recommend and will return.

This was our 1st visit to “Louis’ Chop House” having dinner on our 13th Wedding Anniversary. Pleasant greeting by the staff upon entering and for a Monday night it was nice and quiet and we had a memorable time. The food was delicious, well prepared and as you can see picture perfect. But our Waitress (Ban) that we give all the credit too. She was the absolute best! Thank you all! Another visit is warranted.

I didn’t expect this place to be an Italian restaurant by the name, but it was a good place. The inside was decorated for Christmas, and the inside looked nice. The bread was warm, and the oil to dip it in was good. I had the soup of the day, I was disappointed at the temperature because the cheese was melted, but the soup was room temperature. It still wasn’t bad. The Chicken Alfredo was good and great flavors. The person I was with enjoyed the Salmon Filet. It is a bit pricey here, but it’s worth a try.

I brought my kid here to celebrate a school achievement and although the restaurant was almost empty we waited 20min for a table.
In the first photo of surf and turf they gave me the most dry lobster tail and a sirloin instead of a filet. Not sure if it was intentional but for the price I was paying it was definitely not acceptable.
The second surf and turf photo is what I expected from a place like this.
The lobster tail they give you for $33 is small but the flavor was delicious like one I’d get from Joe Muers so at least the quality was there.
$160 for 1 adult and 1 child … I get away cheaper and better quality elsewhere. I probably won’t return here spending my own dollar.

When we got in the building, we weren’t greeted but instead asked if we had reservations. We didn’t, but I kinda wanted to turn around and leave. The other hostess was nice and let us know that we didn’t need reservations and she seated us. When we sat down, the food assistant aid dropped bread and the olive oil sauce, and that human did NOT want to be there in that building! But moving on to the food assistant, she was very nice. The food came out and was delicious. The ribs fell off the bone, the lobster was cooked to perfection, and the lamb chops were delicious as well. The atmosphere was really dark and dated. But if it works… I would definitely order a meal to go.
I know I always say make reservations. But this time, I should have taken my own advice.

Don’t think just GO! And order the crab stuffed for an appetizer, you won’t regret it! Sharon was our waitress and I must say, she did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. I’m wringing this review from my table as I await the bill, no they did not pay me for it lol. Me and my mom just thoroughly enjoyed our first time dining here at Louis’ Chop House. Thank you!

Tried the fish and chips for a change from the usual steak which is always good. Probably best fish and chips I have had in the area. House made tarter was really good as well. The augratin potatoes and the house salad w/ ranch were not my favorite and didn’t get eaten but everything else is good!

The service was unprofessional, the tableside Caesar was abysmal sour, and shockingly soggy. The steak had to be returned for it was cooked well done. when it was ordered medium rare. The the steak that came back tasted strange and later caused severe vomiting.. Management was made aware of the situation and chose to defend itself and make excuses. When long-term establishments decide to make excuses for poor quality and bad service this is when they self-destruct themselves. Very sad this happened, and we will never go back
