I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. In the past the food was salty and I said I was done but recently I decided to try them again. Because it had been about a year. That was a huge mistake.
I made an order through Uber Eats for delivery. They sale was for stew chicken buy one get one free. I added my sides and even more so extras (sides).
I get a message for my uber driver saying they are waiting and they have been there for a while.
After I get a call from the restaurant saying every side except cabbage is out. And I ordered 5-6 sides. They only had about two sides one of which I don’t eat.
I suggest more chicken then and was told that was extra money but the restaurant was at fault so they pretty much had no way of helping me at all. So I told them to cancel they said I had to.
Later I called Uber Eats and was told the restaurant told informed me I had to call Uber Eats about the problem and not to cancel. And now they had my money and gave nothing to me. And the restaurant never even offered a credit in the future.
I just know better now. And I will no longer go there again. I should have learned the lesson the last time.
Don’t waste your money go to a better place with better food and better customer service.
I am from the area and there are at least 5 other Carribbean restaurants within a 3 mile radius.
One Jamaican spot on Rodgers ave is delicious.

Jerk chicken was tender and juicy with the rice. The lunch special is a real deal. I wish I had the option to have bread pudding served hot. The cashier was very patient and kind asked questions about menu options. I wish a printed menu was available because menu on TV kept moving. I definitely will be returning for the lunch special

Ordered takeout from Judy’s and was pleasantly surprised! The portion size was generous for the price, which is always a plus. The curry chicken had a rich, flavorful sauce really hit the spot. The rice and peas were decent, though a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal. The cabbage was well seasoned and cooked just right. Overall, a solid meal and great value. Will definitely be back to try more dishes!

I didn’t get what I originally ordered which was the oxtail quesadilla. I placed my order and was told I would receive a text once it was finished. I waited in my car for nearly 30 minutes before I returned inside only to be told that my quesadilla was still not ready. I informed the woman at the pick up window that I needed to get my kids and she stated just 5 more minutes. The food wasn’t ready still so I told her I wanted my money back. At that time the woman who originally took my order stated “quesadilla is cooked to order” I then replied what quesadilla takes 30 minutes?” She then asked me if I wanted something else I stated it didn’t matter since I wasn’t going to get my money back. I was given oxtails with cabbage and Mac and cheese which she stated cost more than an oxtail quesadilla. The meal was underwhelming to say the least. The Mac and cheese taste like sugar noodles the cabbage wasn’t seasoned and the oxtails taste like sugar and cinnamon. I was disappointed and I’m not sure if I would even try anything else on the menu

I placed an online order and showed up at the restaurant 45 minutes later. The employee said that my meal wasn’t prepared because I didn’t answer my phone. Yet, me not answering the phone didn’t stop them from accepting payment. Poor customer service. I decided to wait another 20 minutes just to be given disgusting callaloo floating in oil. Even the bag was dripping. No pride in their product. This is not authentic Jamaican cuisine.

We have been eating from here for too many years and always get the same thing. My husband just got oxtails from here an hour ago only to get home and open his tray and find There is nothing but bones and gravy. We just called Judy’s back and told them what was what and we were never offered more food, a portion of our money back or any compensation. We were told that they were sorry and that is how they bought the oxtails. So sad so unfortunate and extremely disappointing. We will NEVER patronize their unprofessional business again. #HugeLackOfCustomerService

I haven’t been to Judy’s in a lot of years but they still got it. White meat jerk was hot and spicy just how it should be. Wouldn’t want it no other way. Cabbage was ok a solid 6/10. The rice and beans were a little too dry for my liking. They also lacked flavor. Overall the meal was a 6.5 out of 10. The atmosphere was really down. No music, just waiting in the few chairs that they have for your food. I will eat here again because the chicken did not disappoint. I also had some beef patties that as you can see by no picture was a bomb!!! 8/10 I can eat those all day. They were nice and fresh and not too much breading.
