TERRIBLE AND RUDE MANAGER. Failed to provide the 4 sauces I paid for and offered no solution. He refused to give me a refund or send my marinara after paying for delivery and tipping. I just wanted a refund for the bread and sauces, not the entire order. Then he hung up on me when I asked for the district managers phone number. Ended up getting a FULL refund jumping through hoops and having to contact DoorDash when I placed the order on the little Caesars website. He could’ve saved his store money had he not been so rude. The manager should not be working in customer service.

Don’t go to this little Caesars unless you have 30 to 45 minutes to burn or waste. They take forever there’s no hot and ready and the wait is no less than 25 minutes. The food is not even hot by the time you get it even after waiting 25 minutes plus

My experience at Little Caesars was wonderful. I saw the television advertisement for the pepperoni and cheese stuffed pizza and so I called to place my order. When I arrived the staff was pleasant. I was early so I paid for my order and went to wait in my car. The pizza was delivered to my car. It was definitely hot and ready to be eaten. It taste as delicious as it looks. Thanks! Little Caesars Pizza. According to my receipt my cashier and server was Michal W. He was very professional and friendly.

This place is extremely busy (inside and drive thru). When you call LC now, you get a call center who will then transfer you to the store, then they don’t answer the phone.
I wouldn’t ordered online or through the app but they don’t offer square cut with either option so I had to go in the store.

Okay, first of all, I just want to shout out to the workers that were here today ,on 4/18/24 at 11am ! They went above and beyond for me , at the last minute.
Back story: Wilkerson elementary 5th grade students had a field trip scheduled at Sky Zone on Preston, today, but Sky zone dropped the ball and left our students and teachers stranded , with no one to open the building for us as planned. I felt so badly for those babies, that I wanted to order pizzas for them to eat at the local park we took them to, instead of the trampoline park. They deserved something special after being robbed of their trip !
Anyhow, I called this is specific location and explained the situation and they were able to prepare 30 pizzas, for 106 kiddos in about 35 minutes!!! They worked on this order before they officially opened ! I walked in at 11am and almost all of my pizzas were done and boxed. This is incredible, especially considering it was a very large, last minute order !!!! I CANNOT express to you how grateful I am for this amazing team for coming through for us !!! They were so helpful, kind and right on time

Overall, it’s not too bad. The two guys upfront were cursing out loud with children in the lobby. They also have some exposed wiring that could possibly endanger someone.

One of the worst food places I’ve ever been to, and I hate saying that. I’m a patient person, I’m happy to wait, but the past two times I’ve been here after placing my order online, I’ve gone in to what seems like 2-3 teens with no managerial leadership who are too stressed and overloaded to handle the place properly. This time, myself and three other people stood at the front counter for at least five minutes before one of the customers started yelling to get some help at the counter. She had apparently been waiting 30 minutes to get her food, and they didn’t even put her order in. After they talked to her, they disappeared into the back again and it took another five minutes before I could flag one of them down to help me out. All I was doing was picking up an order.
When I got home with my order, the sausage pizza was fine, but the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was undercooked, massively greasy, and stuck to the box. The stuffed crust ends just fell apart when you grabbed them. We couldn’t even eat it because the slices were fused to the cardboard.
I love Little Caesars, but I will not be going back to this location. There aren’t any others nearby, so unfortunately unless I’m near another location in passing, I’ll have to pass on Little Caesars for other pizza places because this experience, combined with my experience at New Years where they locked me out of the building and didn’t even make my order until I complained about it, have been some of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had.

Had to wait 12 mins for them to cook a pepperoni pizza but it was during their dinner rush. A young guy brought my order to me in my car and the food was great!
