I am so thoroughly pleased right now!! My donuts were as fresh as they could be, the service from Latrice (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was IMMACULATE, and the money spent was WELL WORTH IT!! Stopped by Krispy Kreme late at night for a couple of donuts, and on the first visit they actually gave them to me for free—something I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. Small gestures like that definitely leave a good impression.
Both visits I had the regular glazed donuts, and they were excellent as always—fresh, soft, and exactly what you want from Krispy Kreme. I’m definitely a fan of this donut chain.

We had ordered pickup at this location and when we pulled up they let us know they were out of some flavors which is no big deal as we exchanged them and told then which flavors we wanted in return. Then as we received our donuts the young man was hanging out the window and didn’t say a word to us and just handed us our order. when I opened the box I guess they decided they didn’t want to mess with it and gave me random donuts despite us paying extra for specialty donuts. To be honest I feel like we got scammed as if they didn’t want to deal with situation of switching the donuts or merely asking us if the substitutions were alright.

Coffee Machine broken! Really, Walmart is right around the corner…go get a cheap coffee maker and some coffee to get by until yours is fixed. Very disappointing. Nice staff. Men’s bathroom has a bag over the urinal and the remaining toilet was nasty.

If you have a sweet tooth, and specifically if you love Donuts, that is definitely the place for you, everything is super good and super fresh .
The stuff is very nice and really helpful.
It’s really nice to sit in the place and if you have kids , you get free paper hats , so fun .
It’s definitely a place to come with the family.

Donuts are so small now, I noticed a difference in the round size and in the height of them. For this price I would rather go somewhere else. Cashier was great.

The service is terrible!! The worker seemed to be life less. You could feel that he didn’t want to be there serving… so, why did he show up to work? Now, every time I eat your donuts I get reminded of the man who was incredibly rude. A person with passive aggression is not fit to be in customer service.

This particular Krispy Kreme has gone down hill. Why is it still even open. The customer service is abysmal and lately they never have anything. I placed an order for over four dozen donuts for Halloween and received a call 10 minutes before I was to pick up the order advising that they don’t have the ingredients to make the donuts. Then update your site. Going forward will use a business other than Krispy Kreme!
