Today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. EVERYTHING was perfect. Absolutely delicious. My order was correct as I had a few modifications. My food was ready when I arrived. The pizza had plenty of cheese and toppings.The young man that helped me provided amazing customer service. They should use this location to train the others. I didnt think this level of customer service and food still existed.Thank you!!!

The location is about 5 minutes from me, so expectations were reasonable. I was quoted a 20–30 minute delivery time, which I completely understand. However, it ended up taking over 50 minutes. By the time the pizza arrived, it was soggy and stuck to the box. I usually order from Marco’s, but I wanted to support other pizza places and hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a long time. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me why I stopped. I won’t be ordering again.

As a to go establishment, I think the atmosphere was appropriate, but I believe anything could be more engaging and welcoming in appearance to your customer. The service was great. They are always polite, and personable.
Typically, there is no issues at all with my food order. This time we were doing a half-and-half pizza. I always check my order because you never know. It was good that I did because they made the pizza in one way instead of having half cheese for my Child. They corrected that mistake and apologize for it so at the end a happy customer.

My experience at this location was amazing . It’s rare when you find excellent customer service now a days. Pizza was fresh and hot when I picked up my order. I will definitely be ordering here again for sure!!!! The young lady I spoke to when I arrived to get my pizza was very professional and so so kind. I believe her name was Brianna . Thank y’all for great service !!!!! When we visit Brookshire I will definitely stop here again !!!

This is by far THE BEST Pizza Hut I have ever been to. They put the perfect amount of sauce and toppings. The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful which is the total opposite of what you normally get from other pizza places in the area! Gretchen in particular was super helpful. When I told her I was unable to order delivery from this store bc there is another one closer…she went out of her way to add our address to their system so it would pop up as an option for me to order from in the future. Then called me back to let me know! That kind of service is hard to find nowadays!

I had called Marcos pizza, they left me on hold and never came back. I thought I would try pizza hut. I got there and ordered. The gentleman in the front took my order and made recommendations he was so pleasant. My food came out in a timely manner, and the pizza was delicious! Definitely my new pizza place

One star is being gracious. Two days we have tried to order and nothing !! Yesterday no power and no delivery drivers at all. Today they will not honor coupons for delivery even though it says for delivery and carry out on the coupon. The manager Alex was no help, thanks . We have waited months for this place to open and now I’m not sure if I will ever order from this Pizza Hut again because of lousy customer service. Good Job Pizza Hut you now have a very unhappy customer. Maybe you should get your $hit together before opening.
