My wife went into this McDonald’s to get a cappuccino with extra cream at 3:33pm 01/3/2026. When she got her order it was not a cappuccino,no cream, wasn’t even a black coffee, and looked watered down! I went back in to confront them and the manager rudely told me that this is cappuccino, even though I could already tell by the taste and look of it wasn’t. So she continued arguing with me and said that if I want another coffee I need to pay for it!! This is not professional! They don’t speak English. Later that evening when I tried to call them to explain, the same manager rudely hung up when she found out it was my wife who was calling. She knew what happened but didn’t want to address it. If you want good McDonald, this is NOT the place to go to. I hope that someone will see to this matter and reply to me!

I ordered a cappuccino with extra cream at 3:33 pm on 1/3/2026. When I got my cappuccino it wasn’t even a cappuccino ! It was a black coffee without any cream at all. I went back in to complain and instead of giving me good customer service she started arguing with me. I told her to make another cappuccino and she argued that this is what is coming out of the machine. She offered to make me a new one and that she will charge me for it. She was utterly rude to me. All I wanted was a cappuccino and she was just being rude to me.

Just walked in with friends and Lady literally looked at us and walked away not busy at all and noone was at register did not acknowledge me n my w friends and we were at register, no ” hi give us just a min, sorry for your wait” nothing!!! She had a headpiece on but literally looked at us and did nothing. Poor customer service!!!!!!!

How many times do they ask you what you want and then have you check the screen to see if it is correct. Then you go to pay and they Verify your order is correct. You pay and then go to the next window and pick your order up and it is nothing you ordered and it is not even what you wanted so you can’t eat it because it is nasty! I ordered no lettuce and on the box it says no lettuce but you open it and low and behold… lettuce! But that wasn’t a big deal I am not a complainer i was going to just wipe the lettuce out but it wasn’t even a spicy mcchicken it was a dried up over cooked grisly piece of chicken. I will never waist my money again at McDonalds over $10.00 for a meal that you can’t even gag down. The fries were cold and had no salt at all also. I don’t understand how they mess things up when they ask you several times. I know what I want when I order thank you! For asking me three times and then trying to predict that I wanted something else! Very unsatisfactory!

Avoid. whew, this place is going to make someone very sick. I guess they thought I’d hop back on the freeway with my awful food, short two apple pies, and just deal with it. burgers were crusty and yet also wettish, the chicken nuggets were hot but stale and rubbery. got diet dr pepper instead of regular, and they kept the apple pies. first time I’ve ever returned food. oh, they wanted to see a receipt, which they don’t typically offer when one taps to pay. try the taco bell instead
