A solid food experience. I had the brisket sandwich in January 2026. Tasty smoked meat and good toast. Fries were normal and good. Service was adequate. My only drawback is the age of the building.

I will say the two ladies were phenomenal.
Brothers bbq 3-10, ts was absolutely garbage for bbq. Not Smokey at all, no flavor. Like where’s the bark. For my first bbq joint ts was so disappointing

I got the combo, with ribs, brisket, chicken, and pulled pork. I also added pork belly.
Everything was just bland lol nothing really had flavor literally the most minimal Smokey flavor, no smoke ring (probably why I got the sauces). The only thing that was good to me was the sauces, fries and the soup.
Sorry for the bad review but this is my personal opinion.

well now let me tell you! when I saw the smoke down the road while driving towards orange Alabama, I had that urge and my vehicle suddenly turned into the parking lot all on its own, haha! we had just eaten but we didn’t care we had to pull in and check it out so my wife and I shared a plate of two delicious pork ribs that were huge, and a mound of brisket that was cooked to perfection as well! we had the tasty barbecue sauce on the side, along with mac and cheese and collard greens. boy oh boy next time we travel out there I’ll definitely be back! BBQ at its finest! by the way I happen to know good barbecue because I’ve been doing it myself for 20 years.

Our waitress was friendly, fast and gave very good service! Her kindness was a highlight of our visit.
Smoked chicken was tender and nicely done, while pulled pork was slightly fat but mostly lean and tasty. The cole slaw was pretty flavorful, though I prefer a more finely chopped cabbage if I can get it. The BBQ beans were a nicely seasoned side with pork added in. I added more pork to them from my own plate to thicken them. The one kind of BBQ sauce had a very liquid consistency. Not thick sauce, but had a decent smoky flavor. Fries are steak style fries that didn’t seem fresh cut but were OK. ‘Texas toast’ was grilled & buttered, and didn’t have much of any garlic flavor. It was also ok.
Brother’s BBQ had great service, good value, and overall good food too. Indoor seating was packed, so we enjoyed having our meals outside at the picnic tables in the shade of their huge trees. We swatted a few flies, and enjoyed the smell of the smoker outside.

The food is amazing! The service is great and fast! I should’ve known I was going to enjoy when I tasted the sweet tea! This is a hidden gem! I’m recommending everyone to this place for BBQ!

I’ll start with the good, the young lady at the counter, high school or a bit older, she was very pleasant & personable, I liked her instantly. I did a to go order, so I really didn’t pay attention to the atmosphere. The bad: it may have been the worst food I have had in Pensacola. Absolutely no seasoning, no flavor, if they’re relying on the sauce, they shouldn’t! It’s too vinegary. There was no smoked/grilled flavor, tastes indoor kitchen cooked, w/o seasoning. We tried every meat on the menu, so not just one item. The greens taste like leaves off the tree, no seasoning. Mac & cheese tastes like frozen Stouffer’s from the grocery store, again, no flavor. Pork belly does have a fair amount of fat, but that is all I got, no pork, just fat, not sure if you can call fat undercooked, it just seemed like it was only microwaved. Brisket, chicken, ribs & pulled pork had all the same problems. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the portion sizes, I chopped the meat up and mixed it in my dogs’ food. They had no complaints. I was so disappointed.

2 of us had lunch there & there was enough food for 4 of us. It was all delicious! We had bbq nachos, okra, fries & Mac n Cheese. It was all so yummy! Plus, the bbq sauce was on point too.

First time eating here and I was blown away! We were sat quickly and the food arrived fast. The chicken was so tender and juicy with a perfect smoke flavor. The half rack of rips were fantastic and the pulled pork was on point!

I got the variety combo which came with smoked ribs, chicken, pork, brisket. It was around 20 dollars. You cannot beat that. I also got their fried okara. The food was amazing, and the vibes of the place was awesome. Pictures on the walls and the smell of great food flowing through the air. The place looks a little intimidating if you are from the area and do not know that great food that comes out of this place. You can order food for like an event or holiday and they will have the food set up and ready for you to take home. Would suggest to anyone looking to have some great food.
