I am super disappointed!! I ordered the farmer’s breakfast with blueberry pancakes and half order of sausage gravy biscuits! I got home to find the toppings for my blueberry pancakes was about two spoonfuls! After paying $26 when the farmer’s breakfast is $12.39 and small biscuits & gravy is $6.99 plus I tipped them $2! So anyone want to explain why my bill was total of $26.48!?? See photos

Since there is no Bob Evans in our area, we were looking forward to eating here after trying the grocery store versions of their foods. Unfortunately, we were sadly disappointed with our experience in the “real life” version. Although the service was good, even with the waitress being the only one in the restaurant, the kitchen staff didn’t seem to care what they served to their customers. The rolls were full of air & holey, the corn was frozen that had been microwaved, the broccoli (although fresh) was served barely cooked & almost raw. And to top it all off, the fried chicken breast I received was a “junk” piece which was mostly cartridge. They remade it to go, since we were done eating by the time it was ready, and it was over cooked & visibly burnt. I don’t usually write long reviews, but you need to know what you’re getting yourself into at this location. I would suggest trying one of the other two locations in the Springfield area, rather than this one. Maybe their cook will care more about the food he serves to the customers. The best thing I can say about the food at this location is: the soup, salad and ice cream sundae were good.

Nona, (not sure if it’s spelled correctly) was great, very attentive, and did an excellent job! Food was fast, very hot and delicious! Mine wasn’t as I got a salad and sandwich, but it was great also! Would 100% recommend!
Always satisfied at this location! Had the cheese pot roast sandwich, not my normal and it was delicious!

The food was ok not the best. The waitress was really polite and did a good job. Why sitting down for breakfast with my family including my kids. All you could hear was somebody in the kitchen cussing up a storm and repeating 200 times what are you doing. If I wanted to deal with that kind of atmosphere I would go to the waffle House. I don’t believe Bob Evans is a good family place to eat meals at anymore.

While the restaurant was clean and quiet the service was slow and the food was below average for Bob’s. I love Bob’s but the servers at this location and maybe even the cooks need to put some pep in their step and deliver food that encompasses the Bob Evans Brand.

Came here with my 2 daughters, they got pancake meals. They liked em but I got grilled chicken sandwich and i probably would have had a better chance eating a rubber tire, completely terrible ! Will not be going back to a Bobs ever again
