I ordered pick up via DoorDash. 20 bucks for 16 wings and fries which was way cheaper than any of the other places. It’s actually Chili’s restaurant so you just park in the curbside and run in. The wings were so crispy and they were really big! Both my husband and I loved it and would go back. Lemon pepper was my favorite. Garlic parmesan is listed as very mild, however it was too spicy for me. my husband loved it But he loves spice

My family and I decided to try out the Just Wings place at the local chili’s. The price and selection on your website is very inviting. I placed my order at 6:45pm, and was advised that my order would be ready at 7:05. I pulled up at the chili’s car side pick up at 7:10, and checked in using the r link that was sent to me. I then waited for over 10 minutes in my vehicle when i noticed that other people who were in the car side spots were getting off and retrieving their own orders. I then waited an additional 5 minutes to no avail. I went Inside and picked up my order from the person manning the pick up counter. I advised her that i was waiting for my food in my car, and was then asked for my name and was handed my order. So what’s the point of parking and checking in and waiting, for me to go get my order myself? Additionally i saw that the 20% tip was pre-selected, which I left as is, thinking that I was going to receive prompt service. But this was not done! She person who handed me the food never apologized for not getting our food out to us as it is stated on your ordering system and on the signs outside.
Once I got home, when we opened our food order which was the 16 piece bone in wings, with 2 sauce selections. We couldn’t tell which was wings were which, because it appeared to be that the person who prepared the food is in desperate need of training, on how to put sauce on said wings, because they were dry and had almost no sauce on them. On top of the fact that they were so overcooked that it felt like I was eating an old boot. We also paid extra .50¢ for ranch dressing, that 5 out of the 6 containers had just enough dressing to wet the bottom of containers; this level of service continues, this new idea that chilis is promoting, will obviously fail on all fronts. Get it together, or shut it down!

I ordered garlic Parmesan wings and it had a spicy rub on them. I ordered that flavor cuzx I don’t eat spicy food at all!! I will not be ordering from there anymore first and last. Also the fries were cold, tasted like they have been sitting out!! Horrible
