Been to this location many times. NEVER had anything but a wonderful experience. Food has always been right, bill is right, staff is friendly and helpful. Went in today with my father-in-law, son and friend. Emerald was our server. 100% rockstar. Everything was spot on. I knocked over my drink, had additional napkins and a towel over to the table immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of us. Went as far as to tell the manager before leaving that I was beyond impressed with the service and value I paid for. Like visiting this location more than the ones closer to our home. Feels more like “home” here.

We had basketball tournament and in between games we went here for dinner and a few drinks. Our waitress was the worst we’ve had in a long time. No greetings just asked is what we wanted to drink. While taking our order she decided it was a good time to check her text message on her watch and lead to almost every order being messed up. Manager was talked to upon leaving and already had noticed our waitresses issues and supplied us with gift cards to come back. Food was good service was just horrible.

I ordered the baked potato skins and the Nashville hot 10-piece wings. The wings were excellent—crispy with solid heat—and the potato skins came in a generous portion. The wait to be seated wasn’t bad at all, but the food did take a little while to come out. Once it was ready, it sat on the counter for a bit before my server, Brooke, brought it over. She was mostly attentive otherwise.
One small issue: when I went to the restroom, the trash bins were missing, so I had nowhere to throw away paper towels. Not a deal-breaker, but worth noting.
Overall, a good experience with tasty food. I’d come back again.

It has been some time since we were out to eat. My wife and I rarely get the opportunity to go out in the afternoon. We decided let’s do Rooster’s. There was hardly anyone in the parking lot and I thought this is gonna be great. Choice of seats, quick service, and good food. The first two were correct but a cook decided to deny me of the trifecta of having good food(the most important part). I was ready to eat. I got wings, wedges, and extra blue cheese(not cheap). Wings come out and they looked very wet. This is normally a good sign. Unfortunately, this was due to just an absolute drenching in oil. Completely ruined the meal and the experience. Normally everything is pretty good but not today. Whatever cook decided my food did not matter got their point across. Everything was left on the table and you still got your money. Thanks Rooster’s…… Won’t be choosing you for awhile.

Becky was unpleasant from the beginning and ALL the way through our dining experience. My husband and I sat at the bar after being told to sit wherever we’d like by the host staff. He went to wash his hands and while doing so Becky approached and I ordered “just two waters for now” she never made eye contact or exchanged any pleasantries while placing two coasters on the bar and walking away. She brought two waters and my husband said to her “I’m ready to order food” she walked off while mumbling something about having to take another patrons order first. We watched in amazement while we were ready and she is using a handheld device to place orders for at least two other separate groups who were also seated at the bar, thinking to ourselves how hard would it have been to place a single appetizer? She then spoke to what I assume was a regular at the bar about not feeling well mentioned “Sudafed kicking in and having anxiety and needing ti go to the bathroom” to the other patron. She left the bar area for a few more minutes. When she came back to take our order she asked us if we wanted any sauce with our roosters nest, my response was “does it come with sauce?” This is the point where I thought she would tell me if it comes with a choice of sauce or it’s extra. Her reply was “it comes with sauce if you get sauce” I took that as a sarcastic remark that left me with more questions and zero answers. At this point I’m certain that she is being rude, before I just gave her the benefit of the doubt. She got our appetizer placed and the food was ready almost immediately. There is no way that it was cooked to order, however it was not old it was not hot either though. She finally got back and got our whole order. My husband let her know that he had military discount on the food. She did not acknowledge that she had heard him. She delivered our food, returned to make sure it was satisfactory and left again. By this time we was really not comfortable with the attitude but wanted to eat our food there and not take it out into the cold to go home and eat. We ate our boneless wings and asked for a box and a check for the rest. My husband again mentioned his military discount for being an honorably discharged veteran of two wars. Her reply to that was not reassuring it was “I already got it, I heard you the first time”. She was rude and unpleasant and never once in our experience today did she try to clean it up or seem remorseful. My husband said he watched her being rude to others as well. If you know anything about Xenia, Ohio. You also know that choices of sit down/ dine in restaurants are few. This experience of many we have had at this place is leaving a bad impression and might thwart any chance of a return in the near future. If you begin to lose business or sales this is likely a source. There are many nice people there but Becky is not one of them. Izzie is one that i remember well from past visits. We should have sat with her!

Upon entry hostess said to sit wherever, but all the tables are dirty. (Hostess was standing around doing nothing.) Waitress came to get our drink order, and she asked if we knew what we wanted to eat. So we went ahead and ordered. We waited 15 minutes to receive our drinks, and never did. I have never walked out of a restaurant due to this poor of service. I love roosters, but will not be back to this location and I’m really disappointed.

I placed an online order. I parked in the designated spot and called the number. No answer. I went in. I went to the register counter where I saw my order in a bag on a shelf. There were five girls standing in a circle by the bar talking and laughing. A couple of them turned and saw me and went back to talking. There were other staff walking around. No one said anything to me. I arrived at 11:30 when they said they’d bring my order to my car. After parking, calling, going inside, watching the staff just standing around talking and sipping drinks, at 11:35 I went behind the counter and grabbed my order. One of the circle girls yelled, “Hey, is that even yours?”
I replied, “Oh, now you see me?” And left. (You pay for the order beforehand)
I’ve heard some negative feedback from people about the flavor and quality of the chicken, but it was right down the street so I thought I’d give them a chance.
The chicken was absolutely flavorless. The chicken nor the breading had any flavor.
Ok. Maybe they rely on their sauce for flavor. I got the HOT and the DONKEY (which is I think one step below the hottest, I learned from actual good places not to get the hottest sauce).
Both were like Wendy’s ghost pepper lame hot level. Mildly fast food level spicy at best.
I’ve had good wings. I’ve had wings where I’ve said, “meh.”
This was the first time in my entire life I didn’t even bother to waste the space in my body to finish these pieces of trash.
I would not recommend this place to literally anyone.

No tomatoes, no green onions, but you put on the jalapeños i asked to leave off. This is is the third bad service in a row. Last time I order a jar of Bleu cheese I got a jar of ranch and Bleu cheese mixed. I don’t know what’s happened here but I hope it gets better.
