This is a very sorry location for McDonald’s. The employees serve very old food without caring. The kitchen will prepare food in bulk. Such as nuggets and the 1.6oz (thin burger patties). They do this so they won’t have to cook anything for several hours when it’s not busy. So the food will set in the heating trays for hours and get very old and dried out and disgusting. And they’ll serve it out to the customers. They also do not fill their fries up. I once purchased a large and a medium size fry, and poured out the medium fry, then poured the large into the medium and it BARELY filled the medium up. Female nighttime manager is also very rude. Just an absolute horrible location. For beach travelers, if you are passing through..don’t stop at this location.

Most of the time I have good experiences at McDonald’s, but today I really wanted a hot apple pie. They were dried out. No dates on the boxes.. As a former manager from McDonald’s I know the process of tracking the food’s freshness. I did call the store and Jessica promised me fresh pies next time. I have to call first¿? We all know the concept of providing fresh food fast is possible. However, the human factor plays a large role in the overall outcome.

I’m a dasher. On average I stand in line for 20 minutes. Today I stood in line for 27 minutes with no help and the manager rudely told me someone already picked up the order (I’m assuming by mistake) Completely unhelpful. I lose so much money because of them. And I hope it gets dealt with. This is the worst restaurant I have to deal with by far. And they just shouldn’t even offer doordash because of how incompetent they are.

Of I could a zero I would. I drove through the drive-through today to get my lunch as I’m headed back, I reach in to pull the pickles off cause I don’t like pickles and my fish sandwich was so hard. You could not even bite the top or the bottom buns. French fries was cold so I think you guys need to do better I eat at McDonald’s occasionally, but this has to be the worst one I’ve ever had never have. I had a bun that you could probably throw out a window and knock it out. I guess I just microwave it to keep it hot. Don’t have no idea, but I will not be back.

Traveling we stopped here, after ordering our food thru the drive thru we were told to park in spot one. About 5 mins later a lady came out and said my manager said we don’t have burritos would you like something else. No, I’ll just take a refund. Proceeded to wait 15 more minutes for her to bring out a full refund and none of the other food we ordered ♀️ absolutely terrible

The service was rude my mom messed up and didnt say combo abd they started laughing and cussing. My moms friend told them the machine doesnt work so they told him “it usually dont??” They also kept pointing and laughing and making fun of people. It was very uncomfortable.

This place stinks. No one ever at the front counter to place an order. Instead they have these people run orders out to the parking lot. Customers walk out because they do not get waited on. So many times they get orders wrong. The employees are always loud and obnoxious.

I order on the app and I constantly have 10-15 minute wait out in the parking lot while they work on my order. I get quarter pounder NO CHEESE so EVERY TIME my fries are ice cold. Apparently its difficult to take the cheese off so my fries sit and wait.
