Very unprofessional and mismanaged!
Profanity usage on the front line of the store,
between shift leader and crew members. As our representative observed, there were upset CUSTOMER’S and food delivery drivers in the dining room observing this catastrophe of a restaurant. Sadly to say, but even more horrible to see! As we observe other reviews in the concerns of this particular establishment, it only makes us wonder who is in charge, and apparently it is no one. What happened to good old fashioned unmatched exceptional CUSTOMER service? Our representative stated, that among the CUSTOMER’S in the dining room where an elderly couple trying to enjoy a nice Sunday breakfast, and instead received front row seats to the arena!
Bojangles if all this is going on then who’s making the biscuits?
We have observed other CUSTOMER’S reviews, why haven’t you Bojangles?
You are the only voice that the customers have in these matters, so if not us, please listen to your paying CUSTOMER’S while you still have them!

I’m a DoorDash driver and this location was extremely disorganized. The DoorDash app stated that after 2 PM orders must be picked up through the drive-through. When I followed that instruction, I was told to come inside instead.
Once inside, an employee told me that EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS U AVAILABLE and that the customer would need to cancel the order. It nothing is available, I don’t understand why this location is accepting online orders or even remaining open.
This wastes the customer’s time and the driver’s time and creates
unnecessary frustration. Management seriously needs to address inventory communication and order handling.

Didn’t see it until I had already paid for my food but it has a really low sanation rating. Food was cold . Waited 15 minutes on the food . Workers acted like they could care less. This place really needs help

I didn’t have a good experience. I felt I wasn’t treated well, they messed up my order—I ordered lemonade and they gave me tea—they didn’t give me my complete order, and I feel the girls are disrespectful.

First off lady at front took awhile to even come to counter to take our order, was wanting to add bo berry biscuits with my order but they were out of icing, tried to get my drinks and they were out of ice in the front so had to ask for ice, my grandma who placed her order separately came out before ours did, and accidentally spilt some coffee on the counter all on her tray and food and the lady at the front looked at my grandma and rolled her eyes and didn’t even offer to clean it up for her or anything, it took FOREVER to get our food I had screaming hungry kids and the workers were too busy talking and doing other things other than trying to please their customers, tables were dirty, my kids were getting crazy from having to wait so long so I went up front to ask for refund and they acted mad about me asking for a refund and said they don’t have any help okay well that’s not my problem just give me my refund and they wouldn’t they still had me wait for my food.. once the food finally came my son wanted ranch and they were out of that too. I should not have even had to pay for this food. this has been the worst experience of fast food in my life. Rude workers, awful food & service is awful
