Our first visit. Very impressed. Loved the clean, spacious, professional ambience of the restaurant and the presentation of the staff and dining tables. First impressions count, but our server ( Ryan B.) was genuinely pleasant and a credit both to himself and his employer. We both ordered fish (cod) and chips (fries) and they were preceded by a lovely piece of good quality bread with and herby olive oil dip. The fries were hot, fresh, deliciously crispy and perfectly seasoned. There were 3 generous portions of cod, each coated in tasty batter and the meat flaked on the fork exactly as it should. As an Englishman, I would have loved to have had a portion of mushy peas too, but that would be my only suggested enhancement. It was a thoroughly pleasurable dining experience, start to finish – and I congratulate all concerned. We’ll be back.

If you’ve never had Bonefish before – it is wonderful and consistent. We also had the best server on our last visit – I wish I remembered her name. We received some of the most attentive service we have ever received anywhere.
The fish and chips is great – crispy breading and good quality fish. The lump crab soup is delightful – creamy and rich with lots of crab.
The bread is some of the best of any chain restaruant thanks to the oil and herbs.

Bad, very very bad. Monday November 3rd 2025 2:34 pm, Bonefish Grill Cool Springs. 1 star for food. 5 stars for service. 3 stars atmosphere. 1 star overall rating. Server Matt S. I was expecting much more from this place. I ordered the bourbon salmon. How utterly disappointing! I nearly had a stroke when I saw the diminutive tiny little plate of food that was brought to me. Literally the dimensions of the plate were the length of my fork on one side and the length of the fork and one inch on the other side. It looked like a plate of food for a ten year old child, not a full grown man. The presentation was horrible, the food looked dull and dark, and the broccoli and the asparagus were both overcooked and soggy. What I should have done was gotten up and walked out when he brought the food to the table. Total cost $29.08!! I feel like I just got mugged. I should have listened to my gut instinct and gone over to The Eastern Peak off of Corrothers Blvd, they actually serve an entire full plate of good food there! It’s no reflection on my server the tip of $0.00 that I left, it’s a direct reflection of that tiny little plate of food that you served me. Gosh, i’m still hungry.I will need to eat again in another two hours! Whoever is managing this place is totally disconnected from reality, when it comes to serving good food to people at a good price. I do not recommend this place at all. Wish I had my money back! Our daughter, on her birthday, took us to Nashville for 2 doctor’s appointments I had, one with my radiologist and another post op with my surgeon.
After our visit we were trying to decide where to take her for her birthday dinner. She decided on Bone Fish Grill and it was perfect!
We were promptly seated and drink/appetizer order taken. Wife ordered the pork chop, daughter ordered the salmon and I had the Ahi tuna. Our appetizer was the bang bang shrimp and they also brought out bread with olive oil/pesto. To keep it short, all of the food, every dish was excellent. Time to come out was perfect, temp, flavor, taste, all perfect! Then out came the coconut pie. Oh me it was to die for!
Let’s not forget the timely and excellent service we received. Our server was great, showing up right when she needed to! For an extremely long and trying day this made it all wonderful.
Guys you knocked it out of the park and we thank you very much!!

We celebrated Valentine’s Day here and had a truly wonderful experience. Ryan B. is the best waiter and he handled the super busy section like a champ. He had an upbeat attitude from the first moment we met him and he was all smiles and super accommodating. A great server really makes the experience. The seafood dip was a great appetizer and the fish was tasty as always. Highly recommend (and ask for Ryan B.).

I recently attended the Seas and Sips event at this location and was truly looking forward to it, even driving over an hour and a half to be there. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.
Upon arrival, the atmosphere was disappointing the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm, as though the air conditioning was either not working or not turned on, which affected the overall dining experience.
The food was also underwhelming. The sweet corn linguine with shrimp lacked flavor, and the shrimp was poorly cooked. Additionally, the menu stated that crab would be included in the dish, but it was completely absent. The pineapple salsa shrimp and scallop skewers were similarly disappointing and lacked the quality I’ve come to associate with Bonefish Grill. To top it off, the cheesecake was served without the whipped cream that was listed on the menu.
While I’ve had excellent experiences at other Bonefish Grill locations with great food, atmosphere, and service this visit fell far short of those standards. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return to this location.

We recently discovered a very old gift certificate—at least 15–20 years old—and decided to take a chance and visit Bonefish Grill in Cool Springs . We were delighted when our gracious server checked with management and assured us it would be honored without hesitation.
We chose the Dinner for Two special, and it exceeded every expectation. Our meal included tuna, salmon, mahi-mahi, shrimp, fresh salad, chowder, Brussels sprouts, Bang Bang cauliflower, and warm bread served with a delightful pesto dipping oil. Each dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and generously portioned.
The service was truly exceptional—attentive, warm, and professional—and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. It was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we’ve had in quite some time.
We look forward to returning soon.
