I visited this restaurant while on a quick weekend getaway. The customer service was AMAZING. I ordered the nopales and egg plate. I was disappointed. My friend ordered the pork chop with eggs, she was not impressed. The hostess did ask if everything was to my satisfaction and did listen to my concerns and apologized for my opinion. This place does have a lot of clientele which seemed to be regulars. I WOULD VISIT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN AND TRY ANOTHER DISH.

The tortillas were very good here. The rest of the food was also delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The waitress was also very attentive. She kept the chips and drinks filled. The portions are also very generous, so you will probably take some for another meal. The restaurant was also very clean and the food came out quickly even though we had a large party. Parking in front was also adequate.

My 1st time here and Ohhh YES I WILL be BACK. Todays adventure was a solo trip but it was great so I definitely will have to return and bring Wifey next time.
The Breakdown:
The portions are seriously Texas Size HUGE here. I would recommend splitting a meal with 2 adults unless you want to take a doggy bag home with you or you are a professional competitive eater.
My waitress said that the Poblano Fajitas Fajitas are the best thing on the menu, so I took her recommendation. She definitely was NOT lying, it came out sizzling in a cast iron and at 1st sight I was impressed. I opted the Flour Tortillas and Chicken & Steak mixed combination. I liked the chicken and steak equally so I think I made the right call. The flour tortillas were huge, hot, fluffy, and delicious so I’m very happy with my pick.
Everything was really great but the salsa that comes with the dish was the real star of this show. Straight incredible, I think I could have drank a few large glasses of it. Yeah it was that good.
I went solo so I have another full size meal to warm up later tonight or tomorrow. Shoutouts to my waitress (sorry I didn’t catch your name) and hats off to the chef. Keep doing your thing guys the food and experience were both great. I hope to see you both again soon. You rock.

El Dorado is my favorite Mexican Food restaurant in Kingsville!
The Al Pastor Chimichanga is amazing! I love the chips, salsa and queso while you wait. The service is excellent. Kind servers and very fast. Also try the habanero sauce! Great setting. Easy parking. Carne asada chimichanga is also awesome. I come here at least once a week. Reminds me of home in San Diego, California- but bigger and more cheese! Love it! Texas style. 10/10
