I’ve ordered here several times and each time an item is completely forgotten or I have to wait an extra 15 minutes to get barely warm food. The first few times I ruled it as a case of being human accidents happen. I just don’t see how I pay for extra items and just completely don’t get them. I ordered the family mariners boil and the bag was full of corn and potatoes, maybe 2 full lobster tails once you piece it together and 3 clusters of crab legs. I’m not sure how they expect that to feed 4-5 people unless you’re feeding 5 year old. Pictures below are of the food without all the extra corn and potatoes adding to it.

David, the manager, was absolutely incredible! ✨ He came over to our table and spent quite a bit of time chatting with us, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming . He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
Jenna, our server, was just as amazing! She checked on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and always had such a positive and friendly attitude. She really made us feel relaxed and happy throughout our visit . Honestly, Jenna deserves a raise — she was beyond impressive and made the night unforgettable!

The service from Kelsea was amazing. She is friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious, unfortunately it was a busy night and we came in later so there were a few items we wanted that had ran out. Kelsea made a few adjustments and made up for it. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Red Lobster in Muncie. I ordered the Ultimate Feast, and it was absolutely delicious. It was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying. My husband had the “Shrimp Your Way” with two choices, and he really enjoyed it. Our sons ordered the Fish and Chips and the Sirloin, and both of them were completely satisfied with their meals as well. The food was fresh, portions were generous, and the service was great. We’ll definitely be back!

Well……What a fun evening, great food as you would expect. The difference in this dining expirence was Jordan, our server. So much fun and at the same time very efficient. He is outstanding. I have a few pictures but we were so excited when the food came out, we got down to business and I did t take very many pictures.

My family and I went to this Muncie location on Christmas Eve and everyone was super friendly and accommodating from the very beginning! The restaurant was very clean and our server Pam was simply AMAZING!! Very kind and attentive to us. The general manager Jeremy also came by our table to make sure everything was satisfactory! Very pleased all the way around!!

Dinner was awesome, we were a rather rambunctious group, but they were very accommodating! Jenna stood out in particular as an amazing and helpful server. Believe she said Xavier was the manager that night and seemed like operations were running smoothly cause our food was quick and fresh!
