Bbq is great at this location also. They didn’t have turkey breast which I really wanted but there is apparently a turkey shortage so just pivoted and ordered the pulled pork . Very good. Set up in a spot with an outdoor food truck park . Nice concept

Was looking to try some ribs. This location didn’t disappoint. The Dirty Ribs were bussing bussing! They were absolutely delicious. Seriously, if you haven’t checked this place out, you should. Very nice quiet atmosphere very laid back . My server Lillly was very friendly and courteous. She truly anticipated my needs. When I was about to ask a question, it’s like she read my face, lol. Refilled my drink without me asking, also asked me if I needed a to go box right before I could ask. Would definitely come back again and try the Competition Ribs.

We’ve visited twice driving through. Fast service and great people. The food is great portions for the price and is so good. They only have 3 bbq sauces but all are good! You walk up and order and they bring out your food. Off the highway about five minutes but very worth the stop! We plan to visit again! Drinks are strange I guess because they are made differently. Try them though!

Can’t say enough amazing things about this bbq joint! The customer service is exemplary, Juicy, tender meats that you can cut with a fork, and the sides are perfect additions! You cant go wrong with anyting on the menu and the lemonade is awesome! Absolute best bbq around!

We travel A LOT for BBQ and had been wanting to travel to New Baden for A Fine Swine. We finally made it there this weekend and we really impressed with the options of sides. The pulled pork was super moist. Their potati salad is top notch. they really set the bar high with that recipe…the best out of all the bbq joints weve been to. I thought the mac n cheese was a little dry, but ive noticed thats a trend among several places weve been, however the flavor was great. The brisket had good flavor but tasted more like roast beef than smoked brisket. Of all the meats, the ribs were the best.

Had the pulled pork. It was very good.. The hand made seasoned potato chips are good also. The baked beans are not my favorite. They are very sweet with apple cinnamon flavor? Desert beans, no thanks. This is a great casual place to eat.. fix the beans.

I prefer Beast Craft BBQ over in Belleville, but I love the space Fine Swine has. Beautiful, open facility with plenty of seating, walking room, parking space outside. As far as the food, so far, in my two visits it’s been good, but nothing to WOW me the way Beast did. So I guess Fine Swine wows with the space and Beast with the food. Side portions at Fine Swine have been more than I can eat for both visits, so that’s a plus. By no means has my experience been bad. Very enjoyable, just more impressed by the building than by the food at the end of the day, but price and food are still worth the visit, and I’m sure I’ll visit again.

Stopped here on our road trip cross country and not only did they have delicious BBQ, but the people were so friendly and Made us feel at home. Food was ready quickly (faster than most fast food places!). Great place to stop for a delicious meal!

This was my first time at A Fine Swine BBQ. I was with a group of about 50 people for a luncheon and I have to say that the great staff at this establishment had the fastest service I’ve seen in a very long time; major kudos to them for their excellent service! I ordered a Smoke Monster sandwich which was so big, I could barely fit it in my mouth. The sandwich was absolutely perfect! My Apple seasoned baked beans was okay. It had a bit too much apple flavor that overpowered the baked beans flavor. It’s not bad but this is one of those cases where “getting fancy” with the beans diminshes the expected flavor profile. Overall I had an great experience at A Fine Swine BBQ and I look forward to returning to explore their delectable meats and enjoy the first rate service. Cheers!
