I came here with my girlfriend for a dinner date, since she has been here before a long time ago and mentioned to me about their Crab Bisque, how they gave you chunks of Crab meat (Yea… that didn’t happen during this visit, cutting cost or corner perhaps?) Food was OK at best, service is great at least and the restaurant looks a bit run down.

~Restaurant~
The entrance is very easy to find, our reservation was at 6 and was seated right away. The restaurant as I mentioned looks a bit run down, like it has not been updated or renovated for years. The table where we sat was very sticky, like it has not been deep cleaned for awhile. Not terrible but also not the best…

~Service~
Our server Caleb deserves all the praise. He was very attentive, friendly. Checks in on us frequently enough to provide excellent service, but not too much that it interrupts our conversations. It is always a plus when customers do not need to ask for water.

~Food~
The food was hit and miss..
What we ordered:
-She-Crab Bisque (It was good, but it did not have any large chucks of crab that my girlfriend experienced from awhile ago)
-Fried Fish Taco (Very very good)
-Seared scallops with rice pilaf and saute Broccoli (Scallops and Broccoli were really good, however Rice Pilaf lack salt and pepper, there is no seasoning added at all.
-Fish and chips (It was OK… I almost want to say it is an insult to the original Fish and Chips. The fish was not battered correctly, and it kept falling apart. In additional, some parts of the fish and chips are just soggy from not draining the oil properly. I really wanted to like it, but sadly it was disappointment.

In conclusion: I would not go here for any special date nights, but for quick bites, yes. We probably would only order appetizers, or even to go.

Had the seven spiced swordfish. The fish was expertly grilled with tender juicy meat, a bit of crispy skin and excellent charring. The spices were surprisingly mildly flavored and same with the curried vegetables. I was expecting a bit more of a flavor punch based on the menu description and appearance but it was still pretty tasty especially with the lemon butter sauce on the side. Service was friendly and attentive and the environment was cozy and comfortable for dinner.

I have seen this chain and honestly never tried as it was a chain. We went with the family. The food is mediocre at best. We ordered the fried calamari for an app and it was cooked well just no seasoning and very greasy. Overall I wouldn’t order again. So for the appetizers we had 2 orders of the lobster Mac and cheese, so my advice it to just dump it upside down as they line the carcass with cheese sauce and the top macaroni was dry. In my opinion it has way too much butter breadcrumbs and for the price tag not enough lobster. The swordfish was reported as cooked very well and delicious. The fried platter well its looked good still very greasy. Let move to dessert, the waitress reported that all of the desserts are made in Boston and shipped in. The key lime pies was good. The bon Bons have a great presentation and we’re good. The chocolate pudding cake was good just very rich and dense.
Overall the service and atmosphere were good. The food not worth the price tag.

Food was excellent. We came in at what appeared to be a slow time. 630p on a Tuesday. The delay between appetizers and main course was just a little longer than I would have like to see. Our server was great and was on top of drink refill or anything we needed.

So the outside of this location is very luring. The inside is nice also. Despite the smell of old water in the air. Maybe from the seafood in the back kitchen. I’ve order a taki drink and clams and linguine dish. The drink was definitely good kind of strong but good. The dish on the other hand was very disappointing. You would think the dish would be nice thick sauce wish pasta cooked through perfectly. But that wasn’t it. The dish was soupy and very much water. I wasn’t impressed. So I created the dish at home versus what I was served. Over priced for what I received.

We joined Legal Net Rewards the Legal Seafood App. They give you a coupon for joining that gets you a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Lobster Roll offer.

The Lobster Rolls were big and full of meat. You choose the Traditional or Warm Butter version. The traditional top split bun is toasted, and it comes with a nice pile of piping hot French fries and a side of coleslaw. The Lobster rolls were delicious and the fries were the best fries we’ve had anywhere in a long time. Thick cut and actually tasted like potatoes and were perfectly salted. We hit them with a few splashes of malt vinegar.

Other highlights we’ve sampled were the She Crab Soup, New England Clam Chowder, and the Bang Bang Cauliflower all delicious.

Located on the upper level of King of Prussia Mall. Park on the upper deck of the parking garage on the route 202 side and walk right in.

We called in for a late lunch. Restaurant is on the second floor inside King of Prussia Mall. Nice calming atmosphere, only 2 other couples were there. Where I sat the vinyl had cracked, but otherwise aesthetically pleasing. Food was tasty and enjoyable. Prices are slightly higher than average. We had Bom bom cauliflower, it was delicious, crab cake with sirloin tips, very tasty also. Worth at least one visit if passing or enjoy seafood.

An absolutely fabulous restaurant, especially for gluten free food. The staff was amazing, and I hope to return the next time I’m in King of Prussia. I ordered a salad, and the fish and chips. No gluten goes into the fryer, so most fried items are gluten free. The waitress also brought us some gluten free rolls. The salad was delicious, and the fish and fries was also great. The dessert, a set of three chocolate covered ice cream balls was very tasty and sweet. While the restaurant is somewhat expensive, I definitely thought it was worth it.

Great atmosphere, food was delicious.

When you are all in, you get a very quiet hostess that won’t talk. She takes you to the seat and walks away

Our waitress was kind, and fast.

We got tuna and the fish taco app.

The tuna was cooked perfectly, and melts in your mouth. The tacos were fresh, and tasted great.

A place that we will go back to for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Legal Sea food at KOP mall and I must say, it was an exceptional culinary journey from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance that set the tone for the evening.
Beyond the exquisite food, the service was top-notch throughout the evening. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and eager to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience exceeded expectations.
Additionally, a cute touch of a fish drawn on the check brought a smile to my daughter’s face, adding an extra memorable moment to our dining experience.

Bon appétit!
