Had the cluckin chicken sandwich, fries and a soda. The sandwich was large and very tasty. The fries were good with a smaller serving size. Soft drinks were good including lemonade. Service was friendly but not overly attentive, as getting any type of refill or additional servings (as advertised) was not provided . Still at $10 Ap good value.

Our experience was horrible our chicken quesadillas had hair in them and the meat wasn’t cooked or the bacon and they took so long to bring the food out and when they did it was the worst raw bacon el raw meat when we said zero pink and the pizza cold my grand baby couldn’t eat it. Aiden the waiter was very nice and went out of his way trying to make us happy but it all came from a bad kitchen I do want to make that clear the only good thing here was the server but the food the place was trash dirty and it took so long to get what you would think is good food and it was horrible and I asked for the manager and she said to the waiter to tell me to wait because she is busy bad service and customer service from her part will definitely never ever be back here and I highly DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ITS REALLY BAD!!!!!

One nice thing about a visit to Applebee’s is knowing there will be some consistency. One knows what to expect aa the walk through the doors. When traveling, that is also a comfortable feeling. This site was very much like all the other Applebee’s I have visited. Well lit, comfortable seating choices, plenty of menu options. It’s a good combination. Our server could have done a little better, as she didn’t mention any of the daily specials and had to be asked for drink refills. Otherwise the night went well. The food was nicely prepared a d. Very tasty. If you’re in the Beaver Dam area and need a late dinner, this is a good choice. (It may be the only choice after 9pm)

I ordered a grilled chicken breast & chose both sides as salad. I got my food, the waitress said, ” Here’s your chicken breast, no sides- & 2 salads” & promptly left. I thought, that her comment was odd. Upon my first my bite- gross, moldy lettuce. I told the waitress- she said NOTHING. I was charged $10.49 for the chicken & $7 for the salad. REALLY!!!

Tonight myself and three others came in for dinner tonight at 9:50pm. As soon as we got to our table my friend accidentally dropped the pepper shaker. The waitress who is Kelly made a smart remark about the pepper being dropped and never cleaned the broken glass up the whole time we were at the table. Kelly made comments about stepping in glass and kicking it across the floor with other customers in the restaurant but still never bothered to clean it up. We asked about the happy hour which clearly states the times you can have certain drinks. Kelly said the 9 to close time was for weekends only and when I checked online it never stated that. When we asked Kelly was anyone else there to talk to she said she was the only one working which wasn’t true because someone was coming out the office. We will never come there ever again. This is the third time I have been there and the service was horrible. DO BETTER!!!!

Very poor service! We came to eat supper as my son and I were very hungry, but because we had to wait so long for our food, we both kinda lost our appetites. The waitress took our drink order and said that she’d be back in a few minutes to take our meal order, but ended up taking about 20-25 min. Then, another waiter brought out the wrong appetizer for my son and we waited over an hour for our food that wasn’t that hot. Not once did anyone come to ask how we were doing and by the time we were almost finished eating our waitress asked if we wanted water. The only good thing was they gave me a 10% discount off the bill, but I feel it could have been 50% as we were very dissatisfied.

Was seated promptly by hostess. Waitress was at table almost immediately. Restuarant was clean. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Ordered the fish, it came quickly. It tasted good except the breading was to thick, it basically had more breading on one side than the thickness of the fish.

I can see why these places are folding right and left. When you go there they are out of everything you want to order. A complete disaster. Amusing to watch but still really bad. Plates left on table. Drink glass empty. Never checked back. Place almost empty.We warned two different couples coming in to go elsewhere. The lady that left when we did was disgusted and told the two couples to run as well.The Now Hiring sign should say Perpetually Hiring.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but i just can’t. Our server, Blake, was absolutely TERRIBLE. It took forever for us to get our drinks, 20+ minutes to order our food, 30 minutes to get our food, and now we’re sitting here (15 minutes so far) waiting to get the check. What should’ve been a hour dinner is now pushing 2+ hours, and we have a 1 year old with us. The food was great. But this guy should not work in the service industry. The manager, Karen was great, but i sure hope they do something about these terrible servers.
