Chick fil a is pretty solid, but i noticed after the remodel the chicken here is always over cooked and hard, service is still amazing but the kitchen can use some help . I’ve resolved this issue in the app, but i just wanted to give a heads up to people that may be interested

Been to many of these chains and go to the one in my hometown quite often. This was the worst experience I ever had in one. Normally its the people that make the chain successful. The employees are helpful and always nice to deal with. This one is not like a normal Chick -fil-A. I guess they follow a different hiring criteria or is it the people in Louisiana that are just dumb and rude???? Food was the only thing good service was bad interaction was bad.

Ordered online for drive thru pick up. They had both lanes open for ordering. Went through second lane and was told to pull forward, not to merge and no signs to merge. Every other Chick-fil-A we have been to has signs and cone to merge lanes. This one had neither so we were waiting in the second lane while the girl in the drive thru kept staring at us asking everyone in the first one lane if they were me. Even a manager came to help with no regard for us in the second lane. We eat Chick-fil-A a lot on the road because we know we are getting. This is the first one we have seen the operations are the same as the many others we have through.

Always have a positive experience on our visits here. This restaurant is nice, bright, and clean. Order-takers are pleasant to deal with and always get our orders right. They have friendly workers and give fast service. Coffee is hot and good! Their yogurt parfait is the best! You can also order using their app (mobile order) or use the drive-thru that has 2 lanes. They have a play area here for kids and there is outside seating. This one is right off of Hwy. 30 and easily accessible from I-10.
UPDATE on 8/18/18: Came in for a late dinner after work. They brewed new coffee and was offered something else to drink while we waited. Amazing service! Austin V. was wonderful and made us love Chick-fil-A even more.

say this out of kindness but i have not had a single correct tasting sweet tea there, i think yall need to clean the tea urns because all i taste is mold. someone is doing something wrong when i can’t drink it

Very kid friendly. My lil girl loves play area. Great ordering experience. Jacylynn made ordering easy and fast. He was patient with us as we decided what we wanted.
