Rise! is what happens when breakfast decides to stop being boring and start showing off. The food was amazing, and the variety goes way beyond the usual diner lineup of eggs, bacon, and “we also have pancakes.” There were so many creative options that I had a small identity crisis trying to choose.
The morning drinks were also on point and made me feel like I had my life together, at least until the coffee wore off.
The staff are awesome and somehow managed to be friendly, fast, and helpful all before most people have had their first cup of coffee, which honestly deserves an award.
If you are looking for a perfect local stop for a tasty breakfast that will make you excited to wake up, Rise! absolutely delivers. I will be back, probably too often, and with zero regrets.

Amazing menu and staff. We were in town for a hockey tournament and friends recommended RISE! It exceeded expectations and we went back the next day too. The whole menu is incredible, and the Barbacoa Benedict is the best breakfast I’ve ever had!

I visited Rise for the first time and had an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious. Their homemade strawberry scones are to die for! My family and I give this spot a full 5 stars and can’t wait to come back. Rise is now one of our favorite breakfast places in Fort Collins. Huge shoutout to the friendly staff and incredible food!

This restaurant is a gem. The owner cares about his food, employees and his customers. The food is made to expertise quality. We have been here many times. Every time the owner comes to each table and asks how the food was. Chats and has a great care for ppl. The same waitress has been there each time. She enjoys her job and goes above and beyond her duties. The atmosphere is so cozy and pleasant. Always ready to accommodate the customers need. We have met his wife and dad during our times there. What great family support he has surrounding him. We are moving to Colorado from Indiana. Can’t wait to visit more often and also to spread the word to others. Bless this family and business.

We were visiting Ft. Collins for a long weekend and enjoyed breakfast at Rise TWO times! From the moment we walked through the door we felt truly welcome and cared for. Chef Zach and his staff were so kind and attentive and had even installed a magnetic door-blanket outside the front entry to keep customers and staff warm. The food was so fresh and yummy! There were 8 of us one visit and we all loved our dishes! The frittata, bowls, sweets such as cinnamon scones with apple glaze were all delicious and the cinnamon roll was the best we’d ever had. Can’t wait to eat at Rise on our next visit to town!

I usually wait to leave a review until I have been to a spot a few times… well I have been to Rise thrice and it’s been phenomenal every single time. Everything is fresh. EVERYTHING. The owner, Zach, is my fav kind of smarta$$. Down to earth and cares about his staff as much as his customers (and his pets). This has quickly become my first choice for brunch in foco. Can’t recommend it enough.

I was truly hoping I would love this place, but sadly it was quite disappointing. I have celiac and the GF options were decent. I ordered Hazel Dell Mushroom Hash* GF with a variety of local Hazel Dell roasted mushrooms, potatoes, peppers, scallions, onions, fresh herbs, asiago, skillet fried two over-easy cage-free eggs, local arugula, choice of toast all for the lovely price of 17.25 (GF toast +$2.50) It sounded amazing. What I got was a bed of bland hash, semi cooked onions, no visible peppers or herbs, a crusty sheet of asiago cheese that was bitter, and the tiniest sprinkle of mushrooms that were baked in the bitter asiago cheese, the dish is called Hazel mushroom hash, where are the mushrooms?! The arugula was overly dressed with some type of sweet dressing. As for the service, its was very slow.

When you step into Rise, you know you are going to get the friendliest service, the most delicious food, and the satisfaction knowing you are supporting a family-owned restaurant that gives back to the community. (I was in there one day at the beginning of November, and they were packing tons of food for a local food bank after SNAP benefits were cut.)
I’m a vegetarian and there are so many great and interesting vegetarian breakfast options, that I haven’t found at other Fort Collins spots. I’ve ordered a variety of menu items: The Colorful Colorado, The Buddha Bowl, The Breakfast Burrito, The Frittatas… always spot on. (Not to mention the cinnamon rolls and scones!!)
Also— a super kid friendly breakfast place! They are always accommodating to menu adaptions for my toddler and are are patient with messes and noise (and requests for multiple coloring sheets lol)
I will always sing Rise’s praises!

Got helped right away and got to pick a good seat out on the patio. This place is tucked away and makes for a great quiet breakfast. Tons of gluten free options as well and they were aware of any allergies we had. Keren was fast and attentive as well!

You guys suck. Took over an hour waiting after ordering for yall to some how lose the ticket then let us know after everyone else got there food who came way after us. The lady didnt ever check in on us. How do you lose a ticket when you have a table of 6 and another table with 2 when we came in? 50% off doesnt fix the fact we waited and was hungry. Never ganna come here again. To your reply (Yes yall took off the bill for the teas we ordered when i told him i wanted to pay and leave then he offered 50%off our food if we wanted to reorder.) So if you’re going to get offended over messing up and saying i don’t have my facts correct make sure yours is. And the lady did not check in at all only after I made the comment that everyone who came after us got there food and we were still waiting.
