I went through the drive-through. I had a four digit code, so the AI card for the team member. The worker was very rude and unprofessional. She talked to me as if she did not want to be there at all and could care less about how I feel and then I asked her if I could get a freeze and she stated that. Taco Bell no longer serves Freezes which I know that that is not true because I work at the one on Holly Road, so I just asked for some Sauces And pulled up when I got to the window it was a different lady At the window and she handed out our food I checked to make sure all of our food was in there and left the line when I got home, I immediately realized that all of my tacos I ordered were cracked. I had to eat it with a spoon. I couldn’t even pick up the shell and there was no possible way that it cracked on the way home. I left Taco Bell and went straight to my house and I live maybe eight minutes away. I also realized when I returned home that they had given me no sauces And on top of everything, the food wasn’t even That good nothing was even hot. The only thing that was good was the cherry Pepsi I ordered. I am honestly tired of being treated with disrespect when I have nothing but respectful as I’ve stated I work at Holly Rd., Taco Bell. And I always treat customer Kindly and with respect, especially if they are treating me with respect, I understand that sometimes food champions could be rushing, but there was still no need for the disrespect!

MANAGEMENT is actually horrible, and there is 2 of them. I’ve stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for literally 25 minutes plus, not one hello, look my way, nothing. I dont know how they can keep there jobs. there so rude and unkind, horrible customer service! Do better. If you hate your job, get a new one. You look miserable people. OWNERS should be notified.

Placed a delivery order on the taco bell app 1.5 hours later still showed received. He said order is done. Clearly, they didn’t mark the order complete to assign a driver but manager said he didn’t have the time to help and didn’t know how to fix it exact words. He did not give the name but his shift was 11/26 at 8pm so whomever was working at this time needs to be trained on the delivery procedure.

First of all i ordered something that had steak and substituted it with chicken. They proceed to substitute chicken but put steak on everything else in my box like how little common sense does this staff have? Never was asked if I wanted sauce, poor service when I told them I didnt want steak on everything else. “ it’s already made and paid for “ okay remake it buddy. This Taco Bell is garbage. Oh and to add to it look at this pitiful job of making a crunch wrap. Looks like whoever cooked it was hungry lol

Friendly staff. Food was ready at the drive through immediately after ordering via an automated (computerized) voice recognition system that was GREAT.
The only issue: They had allowed the women’s restroom to run out of soap and when informed they indicated that they were out of soap! A big red flag on my fast food evaluations/reviews.

Stopped in after a long night of customer service myself. Really wanted my Mt Dew. Was told they were completely out of Mt Dew. Feel as of they just didnt want to change the bag at that moment, after the lady yelled for help. Then the bean and cheese burritos, we’re lacking beans. After a 3rd time of this sort of service from this location, time for a review.

Ordered food from kiosk. After filling drinks, still waiting for food. Sitting at table for a few when an employee finally said our food has been ready. Called but no one replied. No one said food was ready. Food was where mobile orders were placed.
