Had a great experience at this Popeyes! The customer service was honestly top-tier. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was right without rushing me. You could tell they actually cared about giving good service, which isn’t always the case at fast food spots. Food came out hot and fresh, and the whole interaction was smooth and welcoming. Definitely one of the better Popeyes experiences I’ve had—will be back for sure.

Was a little busy was pulling cars up. I got a 12 piece family meal with a large red bean and fry! When I tell you every last piece of chicken was BURNT!!! I SMELLED IT BUT THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING IN THE AIR yes I took it back for a refund definitely didn’t want anything else. They knew it was burnt still boxed it up and gave it to a customer. Never again!! Ps… you can tell they refried it like it’s fresh!

Ate lunch here on a Friday. I ordered on the app and my order was ready shortly after I arrived. The staff was friendly. They get a little busy at lunch time. The fried chicken was great so no complaints there. The dining area could have been cleaned a little better but it was not that bad.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9:03 pm and left st. 9:32 pm. The employees were very unprofessional and the manager was very rude. The cook was picking at something on his elbow, which is unsanitary and disgusting. I was not greeted but I was told to pull up in a parking spot as soon as I arrived to the drive through window because there were other orders before me. No one else was inside the restaurant or in the drive through. I was told that there would be a 5 minute wait but I ended up sitting in my car for over 20 minutes before I came inside to request a refund. As soon as I asked about a refund, the manager was rude and talking loud as if she was upset at me. She said, “I was about to bag your order.” I explained that I had been waiting for a long time and that I was trying to get the food to a friend who’s in the hospital. The manager said she didn’t know that I was outside waiting and said that the young guy who told me to park and wait did not tell her that I had arrived. I told her that’s poor communication. Her excuse was, “well, he’s a young man.” I asked for a refund but was told that I have to request the refund on the app. To avoid having to do that, I told her I’ll just take the food. While waiting, I saw the cook picking at something on his elbow so I changed my mind again and asked how to request the refund on the app. The manager was rude again and I was ignored. I asked the guy again, how to request a refund, he asked for my phone and tried to help but did not know how to request it. As I was talking to the guy, the manager rudely interrupted and said that they were busy with orders and said that the orders from the app comes on the DoorDash screen, this was irrelevant information so I told her that as the employee who’s supposed to be providing excellent customer service, I would not allow my customer who’s physically at the store to wait while I fix orders for customer who aren’t even there. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t allow me to speak. The manager was upset and came to the register then tossed the food in the trash with an attitude. She then started tapping the cash register screen really hard and said she didn’t know if she can refund me. The guy called someone on his phone and the manager had that person call her and walk her through the refund. The manager gave me a partial refund. I didn’t notice this until I looked at my register when I made it home. I would like a full refund. I ended up having to go and get my friend’s food from the Burger King across the street and received awesome customer service.

I came through drive through to order dinner at 8pm on December 23, 2025. I ordered a 12 piece family bundle and ordered a 2 piece wing combo. I was told to pull around. I notified the cashier that I wasn’t finish and someone in the background yelled” she ain’t finish, how much food do she want she ordered a whole 12 piece.:” I decided not to spend my money here because if there is an attitude with ordering than I definitely don’t want that person make my food. I told the cashier don’t worry about it. She said no you can order. I declined and left. That is so sad to have an attitude with me for trying to patronize this location. It was not busy. I was the only car there.

We frequent this location quite often and though they are not the quickest (typically because of staff shortage), they get the job done. If a mistake is made, they will correct it. I am giving them 5 stars because of this and this location was the only Popeyes I was able to get a gift card from as a gift for a co-worker who LOVES Popeyes. They were very helpful, courteous and polite.
Be patient with them, double check your order before you leave (like you would any other place) and give them a try.

I went in side thinking it would be faster than the drive thru and it wasn’t. The service inside was horrible!!!! I order the same order every time I come and I had to tell the young man how to ring up my order. I order the butterfly shrimp dinner and I knew I had to wait, that’s not the problem. The problem was I placed my order at 3:17pm and didn’t leave until 3:35pm. I had to go ask for my order!!! The employees was complaining about “how they wasn’t for it today “, and the manager was there on her the hold time. These employees act like I was interrupted there day!!!! I finally got my food and left and as I got in the car, the food was barely washed. I wasn’t going back in cause it was no use. This was a very disappointed experience since this Popeyes is right around the corner from my house. I just might have to travel to another Popeyes instead of coming to this one!

Chelcie helped me learn how to use my points instead of the other Popeyes which never really explained anything. Very positive and customer service was really good! Nobody sounded like they had an attitude or was tired of being there. Made everything positive and got my order correct. Coming back!
