Let’s just say horrible!! Waited 15 mins in line, they were telling people to stop midway before getting to the window leaving a huge gap in the front. The drive through lines were extremely long. I ordered a burger they put cheese on it. The lady at the window was trying to ignore me, I gave the burger back in the bag then she handed me one right back without a bag and napkins. I asked could I have my bag please with my straw in it the she passed me a bag and left out the straw. In to en waited a couple more minutes until she decided to come back to the window and I told her I need my straw. This was my first time and last time here.

My daughter chicken nuggets always taste burnt and most of time they get my order wrong when I order so I have to get my sandwich redone. This is by far the SLOWEST burger ever. If they review cameras they will see one car in drivethru and no one inside and it take about 8 minutes to get food. I timed it yesterday just to see.

This is absolutely positively the worst Burger King in all of Miami Dade County I come here every day and the service sucks you pull up to the drive through speaker they tell you drive up to the first window because they want to stay within the time frame of the order meanwhile the women are cackling and lollygagging can’t get the order fixed forget about a mobile order place a mobile order you will be waiting 45 minutes from the time when you place the order always a missing items or it’s just fixed wrong they need more staff on Deck people who are ready to work not stand around lollygagging

Have 2 lanes 1 person was and each lane. The person came on said hold on and never came back. Another vehicle pulled and services that vehicle. Backed up went into the other lane to get the same service.

Person that took my order at the drive thru was rude. I asked for a cup of water she said no I should have told her at the speaker. Oh well that 5 cent cup just costs them a loyal customer. Never again at that location which is near my house

TERRIBLE!!! I was given a cold food(sandwich) fries)when I gave it back, I was then given a microwaved, half cut, soggy sandwich. I was initially overcharged & they TRIED to convince me that I wasn’t & there was not 1 napkin in my bag. I would NOT recommend this Burger King.

The service was terrible. When I was standing in line, three people left without being served. I was the fourth person without being served. Really, have someone at the cash register to serve people. It took a long time. I left without ordering anything because they didn’t serve me.
