Okay! When I ordered my food it came right away. But my bacon was burnt I ask them to fix the problem the did right away. They were not busy when I visited so I was a little confused but I’m glad everything work out for the best. Might visit again soon.

The food is great and hot at the Tecumseh Store. I will say the amount of flies is unsettling. You’re constantly swatting them away from your food and the drink station is covered in them. Please install a bug light or something.

1st time trying Braums’s – pleasantly surprised, everyone enjoyed their meals, the cashier was very informative about the company and how the have their own dairy and process their own cows to provide meat for burgers. Everyone said the meat had a great taste. The kids meals were a fair size.

We stopped by for a late night burger and shake. Right before closing. I was surprised with the food. The service has not changed. Still rude. The burger was cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of mustard and pickles. The French fries were cooked to just the right crunch and color. The malt was so yummy. It’s very rare to have a fast food restaurant cook up and perfect a hamburger and fries. I’ve eaten at this restaurant before and the burger was rare and fries greasy. The malt was runny. But for some reason nights food was so good. Maybe the time of day. Maybe a different cook.

Went to order dinner tonight okay they messed up the order and then fixed it but then the fries were way too salty in my chicken patty was way too rubbery I couldn’t eat it very disappointed..

Not impressed. First time at Bram’s. This location needs a good cleaning. Windows were awful! Staff was blah. However, food was pretty good. Will give another location a try.

Came inside about 810pm tonight (Friday) there group of 5 in front of me getting ice cream, after about 10-15 minutes I asked the lady in front of me if she had been helped yet she said no. I said well there is 6 people with their backs to us and there is only 2 orders on the top of the screen I could see. The xfyogurt machine was down so I had to make a call to see what my wife wanted. Then I got back in line and a about a minute went by I left and went to drive thru and had my ice cream probably before the 4 that was in front me the 2nd time. It was abnormal service tonight for ice cream as the kids just wasn’t paying attention to the line or turning around to see if people was in line or needed help. Just an off night as we’re here at least 5x a week.
