Sandwiches are MUCH smaller than what are advertised. Not impressed with the quality of the chicken sandwiches. I was pretty ill for 2 days after eating the meal. First experience with food from Shake Shack. Probably the last. There are better options out there for the same price point.

Visited Shake Shack in Kirkland today and really enjoyed the overall experience. It’s in a great area that’s perfect for families. There’s even a small fountain nearby where kids were splashing around and having fun on this sunny afternoon. The interior of the restaurant was spotless, which made the meal feel that much more enjoyable. Parking was a bit confusing, especially for a first-time visitor using Apple Maps from the suburbs. I ended up parking on the street and walking a little. But honestly, the short stroll wasn’t a big deal. The food itself was fantastic, as expected. Everything from the ShackBurger to the crinkle-cut fries, and the chicken bites hit the spot. A great stop if you’re in the area and craving something satisfying.

This review is coming from a delivery drivers perspective, someone came and helped me asked what they could do to help, I said I had a online order for my customer, and they asked me to go wait outside and go to the pick up window(picture here). Just saying it’s starting to get super cold out, maybe just do the order pickup inside come winter? The employees were ok just like a bad system. Overall vibe felt rude and like “get outta here” +super cold out and they clearly started the order as I got there. Just some feedback for yall.

The Black Truffle burger is simply heavenly, highly recommend.
The meat patties are juicy and hot off the grill (instead of sitting in a warmer for hours). The cheese is melted perfectly and amazing cheese pull like you see in commercials. And the truffle sauce!! Loved the earthy and nutty flavor of the truffle oil, and it definitely made the burger’s flavor more complex.
Milk shake is a must get of course. It’s creamy and thick and just the perfect combination with your burger.

Albert was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience great. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of attitude is rare these days. Even though he wasn’t required to step in, he did—without hesitation—and made a big difference.

Their chicken burgers are made with Whole white meat, never frozen, no antibiotics, hand breaded and crisp-fried to order in cholesterol-free soy oil . It’s very tasty.
Their crinkle cut fries are very good, cut from golden potatoes, prepared in cholesterol-free soy oil.
Beef cheeseburger is very good and tasty. Chicken Bites are Crispy, whole white-meat bites served with honey mustard or BBQ. Kids will love it.
All their Shakes are very good. We tried Strawberry Lemonade made from real strawberry juice. It’s a very good shake. And Chocolate milkshake is so good.
It’s situated at a fun place. So kids will love to go there. Their service is good and fast.

The quality of food is consistently good. They do a good job of getting orders out quick without missing anything.
Their service is pretty awesome too. On our visit just recently my customization for no sauce didn’t go through and they just remade the sandwich no questions asked.

Great place for a delicious burger and tasty shake! Despite being busy it didn’t take long at all to get our meal and the staff was quite friendly. Nice atmosphere inside or on the patio with fountains that provides nice ambiance. A little pricey for the quantity, however when your in the mood for a really good burger, this is the spot!
