My Fellow Tejanos & Tejanas or anyone who loves actual delicious Tex-Mex …. If you have been on the hunt for flavors of back home, like I have continued to be, search no more!!! El Delicioso (used to be named Las Delicias) is the place to go. So it still has all the yummy Las Delicias favorites, however they have added a lot of new Tex-Mex items to their menu and OMG . I ordered their Chile Colorado and it came so close to my mommas and grandmas taste, it made my tummy so happy!! (plus all our favorite staff is still there)

I’m not sure what to say about this place…
I had heard about it and marked it on my map for a visit so I was really looking forward to it. However, I left disappointed on a few levels. First was price: what’s pictured is a $25 carnitas (pork) plate and a $10 guacamole. I feel like what appears to be about 6 oz of pork was somewhat overpriced. It tasted good but wasn’t at all what I had expected. The salsa provided with the chips wasn’t the least bit unique, tasting like any variety of canned tomatoes.
We were about the only ones in the restaurant on a Monday afternoon so service was very fast, but the whole vibe of the place was off. I don’t know if the entire staff just got bad news or what but with the exception of our server it was low energy, bordering on hostile.
I chose this location after reading bad reviews of the north location but I’ll be leaving both places off my list in the future.

Not a fan. I ordered a burrito. The only thing in the burrito was shredded chicken. Where is the rice and beans? Isn’t this just an enchilada? It tasted good. Chips were a little weird but the salsa was good.

Not a fan of the new ownership or menu or whatever in the heck happened. Drinks have little to no alcohol in them, food is flavorless, place is dirty, and service was not that great. From a place we enjoyed for several years to a place we won’t go back to. Good luck.

We’ve been loyal customers of this location for 25+ years. It’s our local go to carry out. Food is always ready quickly, it’s hot, and its tasty. I love the salsa that comes with the chips, always tastes very fresh and has just the right amount of heat. Portions are good sized.

Ordered Queso, did not get any extra chips. Basket of chips wasn’t full to begin with (that you get for salsa). Took the Queso home and asked if I could get a few more chips and was told no. Uuuummmm. Okay?
It’s hot out, so I downed my drink. They never offered a refill. Never offered to bring water. Seems inappropriate for a $4 soft drink.
As happy as I was that they had Queso Blanco, I think for $35 (for myself), I’ll go elsewhere!

The salsa and chip refills were superb ! Ate too many chips and salsa that I could hardly finish my food, but now I have left overs and don’t have to cook dinner. ☺️Staff was very nice and attentive, always topped our cups off with our drinks. The green Chile was delicious. I ordered a combo , it didn’t come with rice and beans and I added that, only thing was it was pretty pricy for a side of beans and rice (7$) that would be my only complaint. Food came out quickly! Definitely will be back.

We had lunch here before exploring Main Street’s farmer’s market and it was decent as far as Colorado chain mexican goes. Their chips and salsa were welcomed, although the salsa was not quite spicy enough for my tastes. The service was incredibly fast. Within less than ten minutes of ordering our food was presented. My craving for heat was satisfied with the grilled jalapeño and fresno peppers accompanying my steak. My wife enjoyed her chicken burrito smothered in green chile sauce. I did note that the pricing was somewhat on the higher side for a standard mexican diner but I chalked this up to the convenience of their location in the heart of Parker.

This place is fantastic the food is delicious and the place is always clean. Ivan and the entire staff have great customer service and always greet us with a smile! Everyone should come and enjoy authentic Mexican food!!!also the place is pet friendly which is a bonus.
