The restaurant doesn’t offer in-dining at this time. You have to order for pickup or delivery. This makes it very hard to order when it’s your first time and aren’t sure how they prepare their dishes. The food was good, but the chicken was dark meat and I prefer white meat. I would have asked this if I was able to order in person and not over the phone where I felt it was hard to understand the other person. I might try them again when in-dining is allowed.

First 2 times I order delivery everything was fine, then I made a large order, 75 dollars worth, 2 dishes wrong, drink wrong, no chopsticks. This latest time, asked for 2 sets of chopsticks, got 2 flimsy plastic forks.
I will say the food, if they send the right stuff, is usually good and hot in delivery, but the inconsistency will force me not to eat here any more.
EDIT/UPDATE So on the advice of a friend I gave China King another chance and ordered for the whole crew. Forgot an entrée, forgot an appetizer, no chopsticks, and this time I made the note one every meal and in the place for notes. I called and talked to them as I’m missing about 20 dollars worth of food and an entire meal for my family. Sorry, I was told. We’re busy, we’ll give you credit next time, we can’t bring it back tonight. So apparently my wife doesn’t get to eat tonight. After smelling the fried dumplings, we threw it all in the garbage and went out and got pizza from Milano’s Pizza, which was fantastic.
In summary, I will never eat at China King again, I will tell my friends not to eat there, when I get to work tomorrow I’ll throw away their menus so we don’t order from them. I hope this place goes out of business soon and maybe we will get a Chinese restaurant that makes edible food and brings you everything you pay for.

My husband and I placed an order for delivery online. We received an email order confirmation. After waiting 2 hrs for our food we decided to call and ask about our order. The women told us they decided to cancel our order because they were to busy for our location. (We had deliveries to our home from this restaurant before rt7) when asked why we were not notified about the cancelation her reply was they are to busy and hung up on us.

I am a huge fan of Chinese and have tried every chinese take-out places in Morgantown. This place is one of the best! Whenever I order take-out the woman there is so polite and nice. When I order delivery, they are so fast! I have never had to wait over 20 min for my food and it’s always correct! Definitely my favorite!

Decent food overall. New owners took over several mos. ago and overall quality has dropped slightly. More likely to get over sweetened sauces or overcooked/tough chicken now, than previously. Have more recently had messed up orders, as well.

Disgusting. My chicken was hard, the egg rolls was like they been sitting there for hours with dark marks. When I called them the lady got an attitude and then took somebody else order, then said that it wasnt they problem. Don’t eat here. Very rude…

First noticed the smell when it was in my car on the way home….. Smelled gross like old fruit I dont know…. Not pleasant……it was overpriced, the food wasnt good. The egg rolls where small like a spring roll for $1.50 and burnt. The chicken was mostly dark meat that just was questionable… Didn’t eat. Not worth the $30 spent.

Poor customer service. I have order delivery from them in the past. Great food. However l, I place and order today and waited 90 min and called to see what the status if my order was. They said they did not make my order that I was 1 mile too far. And they were to busy to call and tell me that they were not going to full fill my order. I received a confirmation email of my order . Not only did they not email me a cancelation, they didn’t even check to call and tell me. Which I would have understood and been fine with going to pick it up. But they didn’t. But they did lose a customer. Not that they care.

Just ordered tonight on grubhub for a delivery. I had the veggie lo mein and an eggroll. My husband had pork lo mein and an eggroll. We also ordered hot and sour soup the we will be saving for tomorrow’s lunch. The food was hot fresh and tasty. The delivery guy was friendly and courteous. Our order even showed up ten minutes quicker than the estimated delivery window. I will definitely order from China King again.
