Had ants. None of the food was right. The restaurant had barely any people and it took over an hour to get appetizer. The drinks tasted like extreme sugar juice. The waitress was oblivious to refills or taking plates and making sure the orders were right. Just an all around crappy place and experience. No limes for the tacos. No Celery with the wings. No sugar rims on the drinks.

This Applebees has steadily declined.Used to eat here alot.Place looks worn,dirty inside.Apathetic employees.Went last Friday,hamburger was mushy,inedible.French fries soggy,warm and undercooked.Wife had salad delivered with no dressing.Her drink a margarita was terrible and it was their top shelf margarita.It was half price because of happy hour and I suspect they substituted their cheap margarita.We only went there because it was 9pm and many places are closing.We had stopped going here pretty much due to bad prior experiences.Never enough help.Long wait times for food and service and substandard food.Even my Diet Pepsi was bad and they used to have wonderful fountain sodas.They really just need to close this location and let something better move in.Sad.Applebees for years was my FAVORITE place to eat.

I worked many years for Applebee’s and there were really strict on cleanliness not only of the store and staff. Today I walked in and the person who seated us looked like she thre something on and ran with it. Sat us at a dirty table and when we asked for it to be cleaned she said I thought it was. Well showed her the food clearly on the table. Act like it was an inconvenience for her. Came wiped the table off and table is now soaked with food still on the back of the table. She walked off and didn’t come back to dry it or anything. The Applebee’s on Outerloop has went down hill and looks trashy. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! I will just drive an hour to the Applebee’s in Clarksville Indiana. Their food is always hot and service is always great!

we were a large group of 11 people. I only give it 4 stars because we had to wait about 1 hour for them to locate us but the service and attention was excellent. Our waitress was always very attentive. I don’t know her name but thank you very much. The food is not expensive. We had a good time.

The staff was the best part of this restaurant. Food wasn’t that great. There was nothing amazing about the lunch I had. Again, the hostess and our waitress were the ONLY positive as they were kind, helpful, and so friendly. Food just wasn’t decent.

Probably the worst applebees location ive been to in the country not just once but multiple times. Slowest most careless servers. Everything’s falling apart. Doors broken. Beer taps down. You can feel the wood through the booth seats. Whoever owns this location could care less about the service or appearance of the store. Sad.

Waitress was forgetful. Our food was delivered after the table arriving before us had been served, eaten, and left. It took o er an hour for the food to arrive. Also our drink order arrived late and was not what we ordered???

Too many employees standing around doing nothing. Service was nice… when they finally get to you. More so a hang out place for the employees, than a business. The whole restaurant was empty upon my arrival. My food was finished, but was given to me cold because the employees were too busy talking to each other. The food was good, but waiting staff needs to be fired.

Waiter was nice and apologetic. Ordered two appetizers and two meals. After 45 minutes, one appetizer (Spinach and Artichoke Dip) arrived half full. Ten minutes later, the two entrees came. They were decent. I never received my second appetizer and had it removed from my bill. It was still over $50 for the app, two dinners, and two drinks. I truly hate to say this due to people needing to have a place to work, but please avoid this location at all costs. No redeeming qualities. Once again, the server was nice, but that certainly doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience.

Took my family here for lunch today. Chanell, our waitress, did an amazing job. It was definitely a nice experience. Our total for 5 people was $72, including an appetizer. Restaurant is a bit dated and could use a refresh. I would recommend this for lunch with the family any day. 6.99 kids meals!
