So my husband tried to do something nice for me and grab lunch, and this is what he was given AFTER he waited almost HALF AN HOUR. Not to mention he ordered ahead online. Extremely disappointed in this specific establishment. Please do better..

This rating is specifically for my last order pickup on 1-14-23 at about 1240. This location has use drive thru for pickup listed on the dasher app(this info is set by each store), typically I use a stall if drive thru is busy. A few months ago I asked the employees which they prefer and I was told please use a stall or drive thru for this location and they ask that we do not come inside. I show up today and the guy told me to come inside. I did and then asked if they wanted us to do this now. Without a second thought he went straight to arguing with me and said they never want us to use drive thru or a stall we always have to come inside at this location and they have always wanted us to. One star for the rude employee who wants nothing more than to act like he is correct even though he clearly is not.

Arrived shortly after 7pm, not very busy and ordered 1 item , a sonic Oreo blast. While waiting a car pulled up next to me and ordered multiple items totalling $26.00 and to my dismay they received their order before my simple ice cream. I finally received my treat and hurried home which is about 3 minutes away only to be disappointed that my ice cream was all foamy. Like whipped cream! I immediately drove back and was told” oh , I’m sorry but our ice cream machine is down. Someone should have told you that”. So I ordered a chocolate shake and it too wasn’t thick like normal. I ended up having to put it in my freezer for a while. What a disappointment!

Ordered crispy tenders and only took a couple mins to be brought out. Chicken should be cooked fresh, what I recieved was not. They were soft, with no crispy texture at all and soaked with grease. Probably sitting in a warmer and dropped back into the fryer to heat up. Just lazy and disrespectful.
