This restaurant is freezing inside. I eat here 3 tumes a week and the food is great but bring your winter coat. Please turn on ur heat for the cold days. Also one of their front doors dont close?? Its so uncomfortable eating in the cold atmosphere.

Every time we go to that restaurant we always have to wait. After we came to the window we had to be pulled up to wait yet again for our food. After they finally brought out my order we didn’t have a chance to check it before the employee went back inside. We then noticed we were missing something. There were cars behind us so we had to go back around to the speaker. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the microphone due to the ai function and had to re order it all over again. We had to wait another ten minutes inline before we got to the window. Then the two managers proceeded to argue it seemed with the window attendant because we said we were missing the item, and would not pay for another one. Finally they “offered” to give us the 6 piece nuggets that we were supposed to get in the first place. This happens every time we order from here. Multiple times we have been pulled up and forgotten about as we ordered personal mobile/drive thru orders as well as when we picked up DoorDash orders.

It’s always clean and friendly but whomever is cooking add way too much seasoning to the burger or doesn’t clean the grill and had left over seasoning in the grill. I thought once was a fluke but it’s been three times we’ve had the same salty experience.

I ordered a meal at work and had it delivered and I got 2/3 the way down in my frosty and tasted what tasted like straight bleach. When I called the restaurant, the woman who answered was unbelievably rude and dismissive. Tried to get info about who the manager and district were but was told they don’t have that info

The automatic order system in the drive thru can not get the order right. It is always wrong on one item or another. Then you have to go to the window and try to get the order corrected. Great idea with horrible execution.

The employee that waited on us was accurate and informative. Very helpful. Plenty of French fries. Their electronic drink machine is great. Every flavor of soda. Nice seating area. Nice parking lot, also.

The Ai ordering on the drive thru is bad and annoying. It upsold me twice without warning, didn’t recap my order nor did it show the total on the board when ordering. I didn’t find out the total until I was at the window, and that the $5 biggie bag and small frosty for my 6 year old was almost $10. That’s just wild and unacceptable.

First off they ask you if you want sauce and do not even give it to you. Second I was served this bad potato and when I went to return it the manager said with a smirk “ma’am it’s a potato” I am unsure of the type of food she consumes but anything that even resembles mold I do not ingest. I doubt they would use this “potato” for the commercial so yea bring me a nicer one and apologize don’t insult my intelligence. Got my refund and will not be back. The atmosphere of the kitchen just from the drive thru was enough to let me know I didn’t even want a replacement. Do better and next time just apologize and try to resolve the issue nobody needs your personal opinion especially if you clearly eat rotten food and see nothing wrong with this image.

I love the chicken Caesar wrap! But what is worth mentioning here in this location is the employee who took my order !! I mean it and no exaggeration that this guy should be the face of Wendy’s instead of the red headed girl ! I kid you not he is the definition of sell me this pen ! I literally would hire him director of sales anywhere and go to bed ! And I would have it wasn’t for the respect you have to give the establishment I glad I met him his manager which is also amazing person and of him and his other co-worker who’s alaos doin great but he is still starting and still a young fella who should really learn from Kyle . That’s the sales guys name in case you missed it .
