I have been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and always use the drive-thru. My favorite is their Chicken McNuggets. Their hamburgers and fries are also very good. I like the fact that the cheese on my cheeseburger is melted and not just a slice of cold cheese on the burger. The staff and food are outstanding. Consequently, I highly recommend this McDonald’s.

I went through the drive thru and asked for the new Grinch meal, yet when I went through and came home saw they only gave me the regular 10 piece nugget meal. And to top it all off, the fries were cold when it took less than 5 minutes to get from the store to my house. Never will go here again, it really got worse from when I was younger.

Fix the syrup ratio for your Fanta, it looks orange but tastes like just carbonation. It was like this last time as well!
Also salt your fries some more.
Reached out to customer support and all we got was an apology. Nothing about actually addressing the issues at hand. Call your soda person, have them fix the ratio and ask your staff to add some more salt.
I will add that the staff was nice and tried to help but this is definitely more of a management issue.
And please don’t give me another sorry, thank you.

The staff at this McD’s is top notch. Especially Mary (manager). She went out of her way to help me which is hard to find in any business – let alone a fast food establishment. The food is on par with any McD’s. No complaints.

I don’t usually go inside at this McDonald’s location. I use the drive-through most of the time and I have never had a problem with any of their orders. I actually like to go to this location because the food is always hot and fresh AND the cheese is always melted when you buy something with cheese. Some places you get a slice of cheese and that’s exactly what you see when you open your food….a slice of cheese! It’s not melted, and I don’t like that. So, that’s my experience here. The worst McDonalds in town. Everything is always wrong, no one knows what they’re doing for some reason. The fries are always cold and unsalted for some reason. Not sure how the rating is so high, must be tourists smh. If you want the worst version of McDonald’s food then by all means please stop by.

Today I went to a coffee shop and was not please with their coffee so I went to McDonald’s for their coffee. I keep forgetting that McDonalds does have a pretty good coffee. At this location the gentlemen who took my order and payment is probably the most upbeat happy person I have experienced at the drive through. He was very very nice and you can tell there is a smile behind the mask. I ordered a large coffee and it was done perfectly as I requested. Very happy with the service and coffee!i recommend trying them out!
