Food was not good at all. What they call a ribeye is not a ribeye. Discussed with the manager that they no longer serve ribeyes with the cap. Cant cook a steak right either. Ordered medium. Server was good.

We will never go back to this restaurant ! The manager should be fired for coming to our table and slapping my money down on the table and telling us that he paid for our food and for us to get out. We never treated the staff bad not once, which he said we did. My husband’s chicken friend steak was cold and he did not want to eat it or complain. When the server asked if there was something wrong my husband said it was slop and did not want to eat it. He offered to get him something else and we politely said no. I continued to eat my food and when I was full, he brought me a box and the check. I gave him cash and the next thing, a man was yelling at us and throwing money at us. He continued to yell and he would not let us explain and hear our side of the story. He kept getting in my husband’s face telling us to leave. We left. We did not expect for anyone to pay for the food I ate, and our server was awesome and attentive. This man should not be in public service with his hot temper.

It was my wife’s 60th birthday. We came to Logan’s to celebrate bringing our own decorations for the table. After fumbling with setting them up, to our surprise, our waitress, Kristen K.,came to our rescue… she did a great job of decorating in short order. The steaks were perfect. I had the 16 oz ribeye and my wife had the 9 oz fillet minion. Thank you Kristen for making a special day extra special.

Sunny was such an incredible server today, met all of our needs without question. An amazing night at dinner with a bigger party. I would highly recommend this restaurant and our server 🙂

In all the years of eating here I’ve never been so disappointed. Ordered filet and shrimp. Bread great, salad no onion but came with onion. After an extremely long wait received the entree. Shrimp was good. Baked potato skin burnt and tough (hardly cuttable). The medium filet was the thickness of cube steak and looked like a sirloin. Received a new potato promptly. Told the steak is normally butterflied for that temp per the manager thru the waitress. This is not what’s advertised in the photo nor how a filet should look for a $30 meal. Thank you for offering a replacement but not waiting another 30-40 minutes. Manager told about it but didn’t get up, showed her the steak not eaten, still didn’t get up to speak to me. Interaction left me no longer hungry and unlikely to ever go back.

Stopped here for dinner while on a holiday roadtrip and was served by Michelle. She was AWESOME! If you can get seated over near the bar area/in her section, I highly recommend that. She was so positive, friendly, provided great recommendations and made our whole dining experience. Oh and the food was great too!

Driving from NY to Florida this was our first stop. Needless to say we were starving after driving 9 hours and this was near our hotel.
When we got there we were greeted by two lovely girls one named Sabrina and I’m sorry I can’t remember the other girls name but she was sweet.
Sabrina was our server. She was friendly, attentive and delightful. It was late so the restaurant was not crowded.
We ordered the ribs , onion rings, stuffed baked potato, a beer and a glass of Chardonnay.
We’re not big eaters so portions were ok. My favorite was onion rings! I could’ve use a bigger portion of them because they were yummy. Anyway, food was tasty but my only wish was that it was served hot. It was barely warm. That’s a big issue for us. I don’t know if it was because it was almost closing time but food shouldn’t be served room temp.
Nonetheless Sabrina was super, she really made the visit worthwhile. She offered us her employee discount to make up for that which wasn’t necessary but we thought that was very kind of her. We did not accept it because it wasn’t her fault food was cold but the gesture was appreciated. We’ll try it again on our way back and look forward to seeing Sabrina again.

Absolutely terrible. Truly one of the worst steaks I’ve had in my entire life. The steak was gray and greasy with about 90% fat on it. I felt like I was eating at a diner. It had the texture and appearance of roadkill.
It wasn’t just the steak. The entire meal was incredibly obvious that everything was frozen meat and all the sides were microwaved. How this place has so many highly rated reviews is a little strange. But I can assure you this from someone who understands the difference between a bad cut of meat and a decent one…if you are coming here for steak, then you’ve made the absolute wrong decision. Take my word on it.
But just when you think I’m done and the food was the only bad thing…the waitress was terrible, too.
We will NEVER be back. Under NO exceptions. What a ridiculous excuse for a restaurant.
(And this wasn’t just an “off” night. This meat is frozen and the sides are microwaved. Nothing will change that.)

I ordered a ribeye and got a flat (less than half an inch) cut. We asked the waitress if we got the correct steaks and she assured us we did. There were no grill marks or anything, I’m not sure how they were cooked. Won’t be back.
