Had got white rice bowl w/ half braised lamb n grilled steak, corn, cucumbers w/ this green n white sauce (forgot the name). Ate half of it before I could even review lol
We loved all the options and the great amount of food which was served in the bowls. I had a harissa avocado bowl which was fantastic! Just the right amount of heat and just the right amount of food for the price. I definitely want to go back in order to try other options. The drinks were fantastic! A lot of variety of different fruit juices as well as unique sodas that were refreshing. We spent enough time there for me to try most of them!
So, if you want high quality Mediterranean food on a quick timeline, it is a good place to go. I would definitely recommend anyone who is trying this type of food for the first time. Even if you’re not, you should come here and enjoy all of the great variety of meats and foods available to you.
On my first visit, I arrived about an hour before the posted closing time, only to find that the staff had already started shutting things down. Although the official hours say they’re open until a certain time, it seemed like they were winding down service a full hour early. In the food industry, it’s pretty standard to be fully operational until the actual closing time, so that was a bit of a letdown.
To be fair, the manager did make an effort to fix things that first time by comping part of the meal, and I appreciated that gesture.
However, on my second visit, the customer service still fell short. I waited at the counter for a while without anyone acknowledging me, even as other customers were helped first. When I finally did get someone’s attention, the interaction felt indifferent and not particularly welcoming.
I’m leaving this feedback in hopes that it can help the team improve. The food itself is good when available, but the overall customer service experience needs attention. I hope management will take this into consideration because I’d love to see this location live up to its potential.
