Cava is a great place to go for fresh Mediterranean bowls and salads… I love being able to pick my own toppings and there are loads of things to try. The falafel bowl is my go to. Being able to sit outside on days like today is a plus.

I loved Cava! The service was amazing. They were polite and had smiles on their faces. I had the Steak plus feta bowl. Around 890 calories. The bowl was filling and I couldn’t finish it so a plus to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. It was 48 for both of us to eat there and that was with a side of Cinnamon pita chips and two drinks. Very reasonable for the portion size! Inside was clean and comfortable. Will definitely eat here again!

First time going to cava after all the great reviews I heard.. & boy it did not disappoint! Huge huge huge shoutout to Boss Lady Mary for helping me with two sauce recommendations at the end which ultimately put my bowl & experience over the top!

First time ever at a Cava… Will definitely come back again. It was a great experience for our teacher outing. They had outdoor seating which was movable; however, the indoor seating was not, which would make it difficult for a larger party.
We loved all the options and the great amount of food which was served in the bowls. I had a harissa avocado bowl which was fantastic! Just the right amount of heat and just the right amount of food for the price. I definitely want to go back in order to try other options. The drinks were fantastic! A lot of variety of different fruit juices as well as unique sodas that were refreshing. We spent enough time there for me to try most of them!
So, if you want high quality Mediterranean food on a quick timeline, it is a good place to go. I would definitely recommend anyone who is trying this type of food for the first time. Even if you’re not, you should come here and enjoy all of the great variety of meats and foods available to you.

We have been to a lot of CAVAs. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had. The taste, service and cleanliness were all top notch. The staff were very nice, the tables clean, and portions generous. Five star experience. Tam and Q went out of their way to make sure we had a great meal. Next time we’re in Fayetteville, we’re running it back!

I’ve visited this location twice now, and while I really wanted to enjoy the experience, I’ve run into a couple of issues that I think are worth addressing.
On my first visit, I arrived about an hour before the posted closing time, only to find that the staff had already started shutting things down. Although the official hours say they’re open until a certain time, it seemed like they were winding down service a full hour early. In the food industry, it’s pretty standard to be fully operational until the actual closing time, so that was a bit of a letdown.
To be fair, the manager did make an effort to fix things that first time by comping part of the meal, and I appreciated that gesture.
However, on my second visit, the customer service still fell short. I waited at the counter for a while without anyone acknowledging me, even as other customers were helped first. When I finally did get someone’s attention, the interaction felt indifferent and not particularly welcoming.
I’m leaving this feedback in hopes that it can help the team improve. The food itself is good when available, but the overall customer service experience needs attention. I hope management will take this into consideration because I’d love to see this location live up to its potential.
