I like their chicken sandwiches. Had one the other day and it was great. Went back today and there was hardly any mayo on it. I asked for extra and they wanted to charge me for it. I said there’s hardly any on it and showed them the sandwich. They said I still need to pay. Only a $1 but why should i pay extra when they skimped on it. Won’t be going back.

Normally I have to wait 20m for popeyes. I ordered online and was in and out in less than 2 minutes. When I came back later they said there would be a wait, but explained they were making my meal fresh.

Wow, I’m not even mad, Im just confused. The drive through lady must have been very new to English and the job, and just American drive thru service in general.
I want to reiterate, I’m not upset, I simply have never had an experience like this in a drive through.

I’m an older woman so of course I’ve been coming to Popeye’s for years at this location in particular they don’t allow you to get white and dark meat they like to pick the pieces that they want to give you. Normally most Popeyes would allow you to pick what you want not only are they that petty but this the size of the chicken is so small it’s ridiculous You would think they would mind giving you a breast but I hate petty stores like this one. Regardless if it’s a special or not give people their money’s worth The three things that they do give you is it doesn’t equal up to one good piece.

Clearly ordered 16 Classic Tenders. Repeated order and was stilled asked if I wanted Classic or Spicy? After riding in car doing driving lessons for 10 hours plus commute time time, I just wanted to get home and relax with my family. After arriving home, my wife opened the box and gave me a strange look. What we were given was a 16 pack of fried chicken .. 4 legs, 4 wings, 4 thighs and 4 breast. I was exhausted from my day and didn’t feel like returning to get what I ordered. Never had a problem before, but this was disappointing. This order was from the Drive-Through.

Visited on 4-12-2025. placed order through the app. order chicken tender combo for 2around 9:30pm. late night usually oaky Fast service. I did ask for fresh chicken tenders and had no problem waiting for food. I get home and chicken tenders hard as a rock. My daughters could not eat this. I have attached a photo. i work long hours so i tried to call Tues. and Wed. around 6:45 pm and phone just rings.. Customer should have no issue to receive fresh food if they are willing to wait the full cook time.

We ordered food through their drive thru on black friday in the afternoon while we were on our way to moa. All the chicken pieces were hot but looked old, crusty, dark brown vs gold, no skin on chicken, and smelled like they used old oil. I should have taken a picture of the pieces of chicken because they were something I’ve never seen at a chicken fast food! Before eating, I was hesitant and complained about it to my spouse. But, i was hungry and we had already drove off, so I ate 2 pieces anyway. I thought it’d be OK since they were hot, but i was SOOOOO WRONG!!! The drive from there to moa is only a few minutes away, so by the time we arrived at moa, I started feeling sick. We barely made it to the first store, and i couldn’t even walk, let alone stand, because I had a horrible upset stomach and felt like vomiting. I went into the bathroom and sat in there for a good 30 minutes and also forced myself to vomit twice! We left home after one store. Got home and repeated the same things in the bathroom, and then i was in bed the rest of the day thru evening until I felt better. I was so glad that my spouse and kids did not eat any! We had a lot of leftovers and just threw them away! NEVER again would I eat at this revolting place! I will be reporting them to MDOH!

To be honest, the place was extremely clean, and the employees were very respectful and courteous. Even though I had a large order, everything was prepared in a timely manner. What really impressed me was that nothing was messed up, despite the size of my order, which can be rare these days. The attention to detail and the efficiency of the staff were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Keep up the great work, ⭐️⭐️

Chicken seemed undercooked, Soggy breading. Cold Like it’s been sitting on, they’re little warming the rack for an hour or more. The fries were cold and soggy. The Mac and cheese was worse. Then school cafeteria. It’s almost like they went to cut foods. And bought a bag of theirs to serve And the spicy chicken tenders wear lackey and spice.

Idk why popeyes is getting bad day by day. I ordered the boneless chicken wings but i got few pieces of bone in chicken wings in it. The taste became so bad and the chicken is not cooked enough… i felt the rawness and hardness in the chicken. I used to live popeyes before but i stopped buying chicken from there. I think its not good for you health to eat popeyes chicken
