They’re sandwiches are good, but only when picking them up. When ordering for delivery they usually ignore your preferences or omit items that come standard, like cheese, tomatoes, basil. They have delivered burned (black) bagel sandwiches.

This Panera had great atmosphere AND service. I have the unlimited sips club and have been to many different locations. I noticed the music was louder than locations I was used to. When I requested the volume be lowered, they not only adjusted without question, but the manager sought me out to make sure all was good AND she checked up on other customers. Every employee was busy cleaning tables, windows, AND clearing customers plates for them AND checking up on how they were doing. It is clear that this Panera is managed well and that’s what made it a genuinely wonderful experience.
Also, for fellow Panera goers this location had a cozier layout than some 🙂

Ordered the pick 2, a bowl of soup and a walnut chicken salad sandwich and there was barely any chicken salad… for $18.00… really??? What a rip off

I eat here almost everyday for lunch and get the cranberry Walnut chicken salad sandwich and it is amazing. ** Update** I had to drop the Stars because I literally buy a sandwich here every single day and have it delivered and everyday it’s different either. There’s not as much chicken salad on the sandwich or most often like today. Again, there’s no pickle with my sandwich it’s normally rolled up in the wrapper and they are constantly always forgetting to put the pickle in. It sucks because I love their pickles and I buy their sandwiches because I’m hoping that I can count on consistency and having a consistently good lunch and it’s just really went downhill

I was waiting for my online order while sitting inside. First, the order was delayed by 15 minutes. The store wasn’t even busy. Second, I ordered Garden Avocado Toast with smoked chicken and I received it with bacon on it instead. I went up and told the staff who said they would change that for me. Third, when I received the correct order the chicken was wet, slimy, and cold. In what way does that look like smoked chicken??
They take forever, they get it wrong, and then the final result doesn’t even look appetizing.
It was the same toast too they just switched the meat. I have a dietary restriction, so I can’t eat pork which is just the icing on the cake.
And for crying out loud where is the avocado on my avocado toast?!!!

My goodness! Panera has SHRUNK. Went there with my child and the bread on the side is TINY. I used to be able to cut it in half and feed me and my kid. Now they ate it in two bites. The bread bowls used to be so big it was possible to share it or take it with you. It is super tiny now. There was almost no cheese in my French Onion Soup. There was also no service to really interact with other than the person who took my order (who was quite nice). The food tastes about the same, but the cost is higher for much smaller portions. I will still come from time to time, mostly because my kids like the Mac and Cheese, but for me alone I doubt I’ll be back. Zupas a couple of blocks down will be getting more of my business.

Soups, sandwiches, salads, fruit smoothies, treats… I’ve tried several of each category over the years and have never been disappointed. I recently had a bowl of their chicken noodle soup, and an apple, delivered to my house. The soup’s flavor is hearty and delicious. Plus, it was still hot.

Where do I begin?
First, the cashier didn’t greet us when we walked in. I asked the bakery staff for some napkins, which were right beside her. Instead of handing me a few, she vaguely gestured to where I could find them.
Our order wasn’t called out, and it turned out it had been sitting on the counter for over five minutes. The food was lukewarm. I had asked for the order to be for here, but it was packed to go. When I mentioned this, I was told the store would be closing in five minutes. Nothing like being rushed as a customer.
Finally, an employee mopped the floor without placing a wet floor sign. Overall, this location is terrible, and the employees are rude. Avoid this place.

Wow! So thankful! Came to this location a few minutes before closing and the manager and workers were so kind to bless me with a free meal. It wasn’t asked for–just given. I so appreciate their kindness and generosity and it totally made my night! Thank you!
