Kudos to Lexi D. today as our waitress. She was excellent and refilled our drinks, gave us just the right amount of time to look at the menu, and was extremely friendly. My dad had the cheesy fries, fried mushrooms, and fried zucchini, mom had the mushrooms and zucchini, and I had zucchini and onion rings… Very, very good. A bit expensive, but we had plenty to take home for dinner too. We sat right under the speaker, and the music was a bit loud at first, but either they turned it down, or we got used to it, but it seemed quieter while we ate. The food received rave reviews from my parents who were thrilled that the mushrooms were left whole instead of sliced and then cooked. The food was brought out hot and crispy with plenty of ranch dressing. If all the food is this good, I am going to come back and get one of the sandwiches. They had sandwiches, grinders, and salads, as well as pizza, calzones, and other pizza stuff. Mom gave it the stamp of approval and said they had a very nice selection. We will definitely be back, and next time I will get a sandwich and the zucchini… and make sure I sit in Lexi’s area.

Sad to see how this place has fallen, been coming here since I was a kid and it used to be so lively and upbeat. See so many new waitresses come in and out I couldn’t help but wonder what was going on. Not surprised to hear that management at this place is horrible. It is hard to find good leadership in these days, leaders usually end up leading their own company’s. Hope they can fix that problem or I won’t be coming back. (No one likes to come eat at a place where the server hates their life)

Came here on a Wed evening around 8 and it wasn’t that busy, but I like that. The server gal was absolutely darling and so nice. The food was above good, was excellent… We ordered the steak sandwich and steak and cheese. All were Extra filled and well worth the price in gold…. The food from start to finish was absolutely delicious…. Need to try the wings and pizza next time to see how good they are… But for this trip here…. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be back over and over again!

Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience here. The first booth we were seated at lacked service (no waiter/waitress). The couple at the table next to us suggested we move, as they were not happy with the service (lack of service) they received. And they had been waiting for some time to pay their tab. So, we decided to go back to the front entrance area and get re-seated. Great idea. The waitress who seated us the 2nd time was very attentive and personable. She had our drinks out to us quickly and took our food order in a timely manner. However, another unfortunate… We ordered a Supreme pizza, but we received the meat lovers. Not good, at all. At least our Buffalo style wings were on point. I don’t recommend this restaurant, but perhaps they were having an off day. I won’t be back.

1st time here and very happy that I chose this place. Came with my next-door neighbors. Several large seating areas and lots of tvs. We arrived at 3:45pm to avoid any Friday-night crowds. Our server gal was excellent ! I would ask that they turn down the music a little so we could better talk.
My neighbors each had an individual pizza which they said was excellent. I had the equivalent of a Philly Cheesesteak. While the server said that the half size was 9″, I think it’s short of that. But it was very tasty so I was happy. Oh, and their menu is HUGE !!!

Stopped in here on a whim to check it out before I headed off to work. Let me tell you, I am glad I did. It is a nice sports bar that I never knew existed. It has been in business from 1980 to 2010. On this occasion, I had a Steak cheesesteak with banana peppers with a Dr pepper. It was vet tasty and full of steak. The service was also great as Alex was very attentive and made sure everything was OK. I have not tried the pizza and wings but I look forward to stopping in and trying that on my next visit, which will be very soon.

Food is always great, I’ve been going to Uncle Sam’s since 1983. It’s all about the hoagies and grinders for me. Music wasn’t playing besides one song every 10 minutes which was a bummer. Was extremely relieved that not one channel had Fox news on, phew. Gotta be extremely difficult to have a patriotic theme in these times – maybe they should have a rebellious protesty patriotic theme since only the least educated and most hateful humans could support what’s happening all around the country these days! Back to the food – perfect Italian grinder and it hasn’t changed in over 40 years, now that’s incredible! Bravo!

My wife and I use to come here weekly to eat years ago .. the vibe Was always good in here and great service . Came in tonite and geez this place just doesn’t have a good vibe anymore .. service was terrible , the feeling in there was Probly the worst , my wife and I instantly said we wished we hadn’t even came there because it was just so weird vibed there . Nothing like it use to be . $5 for a soda and $14 for a small 10 inch pizza was insane prices if you ask me . Probly won’t ever come back here again . Way better options for your money and service and better feeling places at a restaurant than here .
