0 stars is what’s acceptable! Walked in simply for 3 burgers customized. (Gave me bread no patty!) While I waited I asked can I use bathroom & if it’s a code? They said no code. I proceeded & door was locked so I asked again & she lies & says “they’re in there cleaning” (no cleaning cart near & door is locked). I asked for 3rd time she speaks in Spanish with others employees then states “it’s not in service”. I couldn’t hold my bladder any longer & proceeded to men’s bathroom once no men were inside. THE POOP/URINE was coming out of sewer on floor soon as you step in! It gets worse! Same sewer Situation in the one stall unit! Not only that but toilet was filled, stopped up & PILED TO THE TOP OMG!!! I’ve never seen anything like this! Employees must use another toilet because it’s no way you can walk inside nor use toilet! I’ll never be here again worst experience ever! Here’s the lying employee

The worst experience ever I am a regular client and there are two managers a woman idk her I forget and a man manager both Latinos (Mexican) my kind of people there was a young man trying to tale my order and this is not the first time she does thins humiliates her workers in front of people today I confronted both managers by telling them not yell at there worker in front of customers that is so rude and disrespectful and she started cursing me out. Idk how she got this roll but that kind of behavior should not be tolerated nore the man manager he should not treat people that way. I really hope someone does something about this action they were yelling at my person that was trying to to take my order and there were like 6 other people there ganging up on the guy so rude

Employees cleanly don’t know hiw to read receipts. Especially Uber Eats orders. ICED and HOT lattes are two different things. Purposely making an ICED latte when the receipt specify that it is a hot one is a choice that this particular McDonald’s always make. Never ordering from here again. It truly must be rocket science for them.

A woman at the front counter, with a Gru-like face, was extremely rude and showed clear racist behavior. I stated my order four times — 4C — and she still yelled at me claiming I didn’t. Completely unprofessional. Thankfully, the staff at the second window treated me with respect and handled things properly.
You don’t expect service like this from McDonald’s. Customers should be aware of this location, and if you encounter this same employee, report her immediately. This type of behavior is unacceptable.

Last time I was here I got the wrong order; due to my own ignorance I didn’t check the bag until I got home. Let it slide because I saw it as my mistake for trusting them to get an order right.
Today 10/9/25 @1:40am I placed my order and there was nobody on the first window for payment even though I could clearly see somebody sitting down . I proceeded to move forward to the second window , the gentleman who wasn’t responsible was adamant that I needed to go in reverse back to the first window to make my payment. Such a huge inconvenience and waste of time.
Just go to the location on Austin & Cermak . Never had an issue there when I need fast food

I ordered lunch thru the drive thru and received half cooked fries and a unique looking burger. This used to be my go to McDonald’s. I would travel an additional distance and bypass a couple of McDonald’s to go to this one. The Quality of the food is subpar, and I will no longer patron this business.

I just came from the drive-thru, and my frozen drink was melted and not filled to the top. I asked her if she could add a little more to the drink. The associate asked her manager, and she said it was supposed to come like that and wouldn’t add to the drink. I’ve gotten this drink from other McDonald’s, and it is not made like this. Both of them had an attitude like I was wrong to ask. I just took the drink, but I will not be going to this Mcdonald’s anymore.
