please empty the tea and clean equipment and make the sweet tea again. first my tea tasted like coffee and just so you know, I absolutely hate coffee. and second but by no means any less awful and absolutely disgusting is what I spit out was NOT just drink. I have absolutely no idea what it is, but I have pictures if management would like to reach out to me.
third yall really thought good idea to put fresh cookies (13) hot …. just so you can learn from this…. when you throw 13 hot cookies in a box …. you get 1 cookie ball… other than that love my lemonade and the dogs are loving their nuggies. hope you choose to take pride in yourselves in all that you do going forward.

Avoid requesting a 10-second microwave for your sandwich; expect resistance, including debate from the General Manager and attitude from a tall shift leader. Regrettably, they refused my initial ask outright. McDonald’s once epitomized superior customer service.

The manager and the associate that waited on us at the drive thru were rude. If you don’t want to work stay home. Why get frustrated when someone is asking a question? Especially when the code wasn’t working and it wasn’t my fault. Then the associate says “girl bye”. Like excuse me?!?!? I need someone to call me or email me ASAP. this type of behavior will never be tolerated or accepted. Please reach out to me. Thank you!

Would have been nice to have the inside open. And the door didn’t say what time the dining room area opened. It was blank. Trash cans needed emptied all around the store.

First of all, everytime I come in this establishment THE SUPERVISOR there with the red hair, always and I mean always have a nasty attitude. I could be smiling and hes “cursing me out” always saying slick remarks. He needs to be terminated IMMEDIATELY. Makes the environment hostile.
