Outstanding service! David absolutely went above and beyond during my visit. When there was an issue with my payment , he didn’t hesitate he personally covered the cost of my food. His kindness and professionalism truly made my day. Employees like David are the reason I’ll keep coming back!

Awful. Pulled up in the second drive thru lane to order and they rudely told me to wait. Made me sit there while three other cars ordered and pulled forward ahead of me in the other lane. Finally took my order, said to pay at the first window, but nobody was there. Pulled forward to the second window and they angrily asked if I paid at the first window, to which I replied no because no one was there. Then they charged me for an extra item that I didn’t order. Whoever the night shift manager is deserves to be fired. Terrible manners and terrible customer service. And the food tasted disgusting. Never going back to this location again.

Drive thru staff are impatient and rude. We ordered a diet coke and received a regular coke. That could be very dangerous if we were diabetic. Took forever and couldnt even get our order right. Don’t bother trying to call to complain, it’ll only ring and ring. The link the “owner” is responding to reviews on here with literally is broken. Be wary when going here, its a mess.

Between a long wait time in the drive thru, staff members not responding at the drive thru speaker or providing any assistance, and inaccurate orders, this place is like a build-your-own chaotic fast-food meal adventure! Also, be warned that the staff does not answer the store phone to be able to correct orders.

Stopped by for a quick bite and was greeted kindly by a friendly staff member. She gave us a easy walkthrough of the new self-order system they have in place at this particular location.
The touch screen is very user friendly even for first time users. If you’re using a smart phone right now it should come second nature to you. If you’re still rocking a flip phone, you’ll want to get a smart phone. It’s that simple. Very quick and efficient way to get you in and out without having to deal with a LIVE person.
My wife and kids enjoyed the well maintained play area and speedy service they provided. It’s just like every other McDonald’s only their service exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stop by again to dine in and that’s something we don’t normally do at any fast food place.

Consistently make my food wrong or forget items I ordered. Also, why would you let me order in the app at 5am if you can’t serve me in the drive thru until 530???? Your hours say you open at 4:45
