Pretty good food! The burger patties were big, the service was quick, and the Carmel Malt was delicious!
They also drew a smiley face on the tray paper 🙂
Prices have gone up a little bit since the last person who posted the menu, but other than that I would definitely recommend!

We came in Saturday for lunch after taking our kids to Penguin Park to sit inside instead of the typical eat-in-your car Sonic we usually do, and boy were we pleased with Ace and Misty’s impeccable service! Very friendly and Ace made small talk with us about sports making us feel right at home. Treated the kids to shakes that were so thick and tasty they should have gotten a spoon ☺️ Definitely a stop we will come by again when we’re in NKC. All the best! ~Brock & Kat

Food is good, average. Service was bad, waiting a long time to order, and they got one order wrong and asked for the burger back. Large fries and regular fries are the same portion. Asked for ketchup and forgot, and asked for more fries and forgot. There was hair in my fried mushrooms. They don’t know basic restaurant customs. lowkey should have just gone to church’s chicken across street.

We’ve eaten here several times as a family. Normally the food is good but you can get a sit down restaurant meal for almost the same price…. That being said this was the burger we received for my son for his $11 kids meal…. When I took it back and showed the lady working, I asked her what is your opinion on this and showed it to her. Her first response was it looks like they smashed it a little too hard. I replied with does it look ok to you? She said “ya, why? Do you want us to remake it or something?” I said no and walked out with this pitiful example of a burger.
Edit: went back and spoke with Misty and a gentleman that I forgot to get his name. They were very nice and took care of the issue. An apology is what I was looking for and received it. Thank you! From a 1 star to a 5.

The atmosphere rating is because it is basically just a drive thru. I am working nearby to help out an alternate location from my home base, and have seen this place on my way in every day. Intrigued I stopped by to give it a shot. The smash burger was perfect, and the fries were outstanding. The seasoning was great, and the fries had a gorgeous crispy outside with a creamy center, staying hot for the entirety of my 30 minute drive home, munching on them all the way. Well worth stopping if you’re nearby.

Went in at 9:20 pm. They close at 10 pm. We were advised the dining room closes at 9:45 pm. We acknowledged that and ordered. When we got our food at 9:26 she told us we had 4 min to eat. I said no 19 minutes until 9:45. We went to a table and started unpacking the food and an angry man came out of the kitchen and said they were closing. I said yes we had already been told twice and we will leave at 9:45. He started yelling about how we were rude and needed to leave and never come back. He said he was the asst manager. We have eaten here for years. My daughter worked there in the 1990’s. This was so over the top. We are in our 70’s and have never seen such a display. If you close earlier than 10 pm, please don’t advertise different hours. Definitely a memorable Valentines Day.

The burger was good and bigger than I expected. The spicy chicken sandwich was ok. The ice cream of course was delicious. They were super friendly and if I lived nearby I would probably eat here frequently but it’s not worth a 30 min drive.

Quiet old school place with a solid burger. The bun and all was great. Only had the burger and fries but I would come back. Came out hot and fresh. Tasted great.

It was our first time trying big burger. My boyfriend got a double cheeseburger with fries extra crispy. I got a single cheeseburger with fries extra crispy. The fries were cooked to perfection and I seriously mean that. The patty was seasoned perfectly. This is our new favorite burger spot!!! Workers are amazing and very attentive to all your food needs. Amazing service
